The caller left no message.

Got a call today and a message was left stating this ladies name was Megan Michaels from Sullivan & Randolf  and that she was trying to contact my friend and it is very important that I return the phone call at 877-373-5009. I don't know what the deal is but I am sick and tired of getting phone calls from foreign people trying to contact my friend and now these people. They have told me I was involved in a fraud case and I could face jail time and all kind of crap. I have told them over and over that my number is not her number and that I have no way to contact her that I have lost contact with her and they still freaking call harrassing me!!!!!  I should be able to bring suit against them for waisting my freaking time!!

877-373-5009 is a  Law Firm Sullivan and Randolph located in Matthews, NC used as a collection agency.  They seem to be a scam just from reading some other blogs.  Please Google them as well as pull them up on the Better Business Bureau.  Please do your research!!  I have choosen to ignore all their calls.

I received a call on my cell phone from an Unknown number, this women claiming to be a "Process Server" a person hired to get in touch with me regarding a fraud lawsuit. Telling me she had papers to searve me. She gave me this number 877 373-5009 and a case number , i asked the women why Sullivan and Randolf didnt call me directly and she had no answer, i asked where they were located and again, she said i would have to call them.  Im in NJ and no one has heard of them. I talked to the court clerk in my town, she told me if they call again tell them to send any correspondence by mail, and if they dont know the address,or if you never get anything, thats a sign.
