I just got a call from Tyler same story as above trying to locate a person I may know.  Gave me a disposition number.  When I called back their answering services says 1st Apartment and they are with the FDSA.  They said this is regarding a criminal investigation and a formal indictment.   WHO are these people?

These people are calling my family members and alleging some form of check fraud. They represent themselves to be with the F.D.S.A., which is the abbreviation for Food & Drug Safety Administration. What a depressing and absurd approach to try & make a living.

call received on cell phone asking for person who does not exist at this address. Advising that case was going to be filed etc. Said that is was a fraud case

i received a call from this number and they said my ss# was given to them. they said that i have a case number and they  need me to call and make a statement otherwise they will think i did this on purpose. they said i needed to call them back the same day and speak with jason chambers directly. this sounds to me like a threat. i am going to my attorney's today so he can here the message and find out what's going on or what this is in regards to.

This company called me and said that they where an arbitration company and said that I had a bad check in 2010 from a pay day loan company I have not had a checking acount since about 2005.  Told them I did not know what this was about they had a my info like social security #, license.  The first guy when I said I didn't know what this was hung up on me so I called back and he said that he would see me in court then I talked to his supervisor he said he needed to set up arrangements to make payments I asked for something in writing  and he then hung up on me.  I called again this time was told by yet someone else that the collections people were not there that they left at 8:30 and it was about 5 til 9 then so no one was there to talk to me when I just talked to someone 5 minutes ago.  I asked him to leave a message and he hung up on me.  These people were very threatening and all I wanted was to figure out who these people were and what the call was about.

I just got a call from this number as well stating they were from an Executive Arbritration Service, but they were looking for someone else regarding legal issues.  I had no idea who this person was they were looking for.  The gentlemen that called me was very pleasant, his name was Mr. Anderson at 877-375-7048 ext 310

constantly calling my cell number and my sister's lan line leaving a docket number to refer to when calling back.

I RECEIVE A CALL FROM THIS NUMBER TODAY AND THEY INFORM ME THAT THEY WERE CALLING FROM EXECUTIVE ABRITRATION SERVICES THAT I OWE A PAYDAY LOAN IN 2009 AND THEY COULD NOT TELL ME EXACTLY THE LOAN COMPANY I TOOK OUT ON LINE. THE GUYE TOLD ME THAT I WAS GOING TO BE SUED FOR 7OO DOLLARS PLUS ATTORNEY FEE 1600. HE NEW ALL MY INFORMATION. HE SAYS THAT IT HAS WENT TO SEVERAL COLLECTION ADJENCY WHICH I NEVER RECIVED ANY THING.  I KNOW I HAVE TAKEN LOANS OUT IN 2009 AND I HAD SETTLE THEM ALL
