I received a call from this number several times, they leave messages and call themselves the firm. They gave me a docket No., but they do not say who they are. I can't this, if a business does not relay who they are or who they work for. Not sure what this place is but "the firm" is not going to work. I beleive this is some debt collection agency but I am not sure for what? I filed bankruptcy a while ago so I am not sure why I am getting these phone calls.

Someone just called me stating that she was some sort of locator. She asked me if I knew my wife. she then proceeded to tell me my was in serious trouble and that she needed to call 877-386-3941 before papers were filed.

I asked here how she got my number and she told me she got it from a government data base. I told her it sounded like some sort of scam as we have no outstanding debt or issues. I asked her who she was representing and she kept giving me the run around. She made it seam as though it was some sort of criminal matter.

I again asked her who she worked for and she claimed to be a private contractor. I continued to press her for information and she hurriedly said that my wife had now been officially served and hung up.

Received a call from a person named Kathy Nibbons. She told me that if I do not call this number (800-386-3941) that someone was going to come down to my workplace. This is not the first or second time I received a call from referring to this number. They have called my brother and sisters. Right now I am being represented by someone who is handling this. I have called this number once and told them that I was being represented by this company. I gave them the phone number of the company representing me. They are still calling me.

I got the message today from a lady Named Brenda WILLIAMS Who Claimed To Be The Locater And Gave me This Number And Said i Have One Chance To Contact The Agency And Pay. I Thought It Was A Scam
