I work for Nordia... we're an inbound call center only. the only reason you would be contacted is if you had an unresolved issue and we are trying to remedy it. The "win back" dprt is not even with the same company.

I asked Videotron to block those calls. While the #blocking service usually cost 5$/mth, I got it for free.

Belle Nordia es a pain they keep calling all the time.  Il don'T to receive anymore call from this company.

Bell Nordica fait de l'harcèlement. Pour cette raison jamais je ne m'abonnerai à  Bell. Vidéotron ne m'a jamais harcelé de la sorte Je veux que ces outrageants appels à tout heure de la journée voire même le dimanche cessent immédiatement!

I received a call from Bell Nordia, the operator asked me if I was the one in charge at home for the tel system, I said no, it's my husband and he's not home right now, she just hanged on the phone without any word, no thanks, no bye.... just hanged up. Very unprofessional and unpleasant ! you bet I will not deal with BELL ....

I keep receiving calls from Bell Nordia everyday at 8:30 pm... I don't know what to do it is really annoying and they don't say anything when I answer... They hang up. What can I do?

I also have experienced everything above. I think we should organize a class action suit for harrasment.

they call me 3-4time per day and when i'm able to answer they wait 30sec-1min (they dont talk to me at all) and hang up.really start to piss me off.i really hope one day someone go to court for harrassment maybe they gonna stop calling.I don't even know why they call i mean...videotron never call me and all the other company too so why the f*** bell call.

forward your number to a 900 telephone sex line and let them pay 5 bucks a min. to telemarket

I tell them I don't speak French and they say someone else will phone.  Again someone phones and I say I don't speak French (which I do) and they say someone will phone back, and I say, "take our number off your list" and in pretty good English the guy says, "I don't speak English someone will phone you back.". GRRRRRRR I'm really getting annoyed.  I have phoned the 877 number and left a message...we'll see what happens.

Keeping getting calls from Bell/Nordia several times a day everyday. Usually do not pick up but today I answered and some said bonjour which I replied with Hello....another bonjour and then nothing ! I am sick and tied of their consant calling and the final call.

WHY IS THIS COMPANY ALWAYS CALLING ME.  I HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THEM

We also get called EVERY DAY from Bell Nordia.  We simply don't answer.  Note that in Quebec, maybe the rest of the Canada, there is a more or less official "no call" list.  My old number was on it, I think that I will search it and subscribe again.

I don't understand that companies don't realise that this marketing approach just pisses people off.

Stop your calls. Your number is now on my block list. Wasting your time.

I have been receiving these calls for over 2 months now and have repeatedly told them DO NOT CALL ME.  I have phoned the number and left them a message not to call me.  Today I received 3 calls from them despite my telling one guy last week to never phone me again. The 1st 2 were before I came home from work and I called and left them a message AGAIN. About a half hour later, I got a call again from them and told the girl that she is to put me immediately on the do not call list and that IF I get any more calls from them I was going to take them to court for harassment. I asked her IF she understood me to which she replied yes.  I have now contacted the CRTC and asked them to make them stop.  My next step is to call the Bell Head office and advise them to make sure that my number is removed or they are going to be taken to court for harassment.  Enough is enough.

Called bell and was told that they wold put my name on a no call list, but today bell nordia is at it again, in the end will cancel my bell acct.

we asked not to be called, but the calls coming here.

Have rcvd abt 10 calls so far from Bell  Nordia they do not leave any msg on the machine so I will ignore them, this is total harrassement.  Not good publicity for Bell or Bell Nordia.

They dont stop calling We are being harrased

Il m'appelle 2 à 3 fois par jour et plusieurs jours de suite à des heures du matin comme du soir. Habituellement je ne réponds pas quand je ne sais pas qui appelle mais là c'en est rendu très achalant que les 2 dernières fois je ne disais pas allo mais je disais d'arrêter de m'écoeurer.

aucun message mais appel quotidien sauf les week-ends. Moi je suis tanné de ces appels.
