This service added itself without knowledge or permission of the owner. I was told by their Operator that an opt-out option had not been checked. May Curses & Virus Software invade their system!

These people called me about my bad check, and they  just wanted to pay it they are nice and friendly the worked with me. I know i did wrong so i was not rude to them. Why be rude to them if you are in the wrong. Just pay the debt and they will stop callin you. DONT WRITE A CHECK IF FUNDS ARENT IN THE ACCOUNT

877-389-1132 keeps calling stating my status has change and its urgent that you contact us ...this isn't a sales call...from ed...i know i owe a debt but hasn't sent me nothing by mail nor identify who they are with...I don't deal with collection agency b/c they won't work with you...If they want me to contact them they need to mail me something...

THIS IS A CHECK RECOVERY AGENCY THEY ARE CALLING TO DO A JOB FOR ALL YOU PEOPLE OUT THERE WHO LIKE TO GET OR STEAL OTHER PEOPLE MERCHANDISE BY WRITING HOT,  OR STOLEN CHECKS WHEN YOU KNOW YOUR ACCOUNT IS CLOSED, OR HAVE NSF FUNDS. HOW CAN YOU ACTUALLY COMMENT ON THERE CREDITABILITY WHEN YOUR CREDITABILITY ISN'T WORTH CRAP. IF YOU PAY YOUR BILLS INSTEAD OF RUNNING AROUND STEALING MERCHANDISE THESE PEOPLE WON'T BE CALLING YOU IN THE 1ST PLACE. WHERE THEY CALLING YOU BEFORE YOU GOT ON THE WRONG SIDE OF THE LAW? PRETTY SURE THEY DIDN'T WANT TO GET TO KNOW YOU GUYS IN THE 1ST PLACE. ALL OF YOU ARE GROWN ON THIS SITE AND KNOW RIGHT FROM WRONG WHEN YOU ARE WRITING CHECKS.  YOU KNOW WHAT IS AVAILABLE IN THE ACCOUNT BEFORE YOU ENTER THE STORE BUT YET IN STILL YOU STILL WHITE THE CHECK OUT FOR MORE THAT WHAT IS IN THE AVAILABLE IN YOUR BANK ACCOUNT. AND THEN YOU HAVE THE NERVES TO BE ON THIS SITE LEAVING NEGATIVE COMMENTS WHEN YOU KNOW YOU HAVE DONE WRONG. THEY COULD JUST SEND THE ACCOUNT TO THE DA OFFICE AND NOT CALL OR DEAL WITH YOU IN THE FIRST PLACE BUT WHERE WILL THAT LEAVE SOME OF YOU WITH A FAMILY AT HOME.

THIS ED TAYLOR GUY HAVE CALLED MY PHONE A FEW TIMES AFTER I CALLED THEM BACK TO FIND OUT WHAT THIS CALL WAS ABOUT. I FOUND OUT I HAD A BAD CHECK IN THERE SYSTEM. THEY DID WORK WITH ME BECAUSE FUNDS WASN'T AVAILABLE WHEN I FIRST CALLED THEM AND MY CHECK HAD BEEN OUT FOR OVER 70 DAYS THEN.  THE REP WAS FIRM YET NICE SHE ALLOWED AND TRUSTED THAT I WAS GOING TO CALL IN AND MAKE THE PAYMENT THE NEXT WEEK AND I DID AND I HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANOTHER CALL FROM TRS, CLEARCHECK, OR THIS ED TAYLOR PERSON AGAIN.

Have received only recently a voice mail from this number -- originally only got a phone call with no voice mail left.  Says it is Ed Taylor, saying "status has changed", which sounds somewhat suspicious to me.  number on caller ID comes across as 187 not 877 etc.

I just got my new # 2 days ago and no one has it but these jerks seem to get the numbers no matter what you do.I along with everyone else do have bills but  I just don't answer

My complaint with the Greenville BBB has resulted in them putting my number on their do-not-call list. It took a little over a month but was well worth it. The other complaints I filed with the FCC and FTC (do-not-call list) may help others in the future.

so depending on your phone co. you should have features on your phone (like Comcast digital voice) that allows you to block specific numbers or just block unknown name unknown number calls...check with your service provider. with Comcast you can dial *60 then block numbers from calling such as 8773891132. bye bye Ed Taylor you COC*#$UCKER! any other unknown by turning on *77.

They call all the time. They will call more than just once a day. They keep asking for a lady name Cathy who I do not know. They say that they are with clear check a company that I have never heard of before. I asked them to take my phone number off of their call list. They called me again the same day. Then they were rude with me. The lady said that it would take 24 hours to get my number off of there list. So I asked her how many more times that they were going to call me today. All that she would say is that it takes 24 hours to get my number off of their calling list.

I got the same message from clear chat or check or whatever, have been getting calls all week long and when i finally called back and freaked out on the person they said they were looking for Ruby and wouldn't tell me what kind of company they were...really strange, I know no Rubys and have still recieved calls after asking to be taken off the call list..sounds fishy..what is it exactly??

the number 1-877-389-1132 keeps calling me in the morning when I am at school.  I am a 13 year old boy, this needs to stop ASAP.

I get calls from them for a check that was paid DIRECTLY long ago. People need to remember that they can always pay a debt  directly to the company/organization that it is owed regardless of who calls you. I absolutely love the number of ClearCheck reps that have logged on secretly defending the company, at least hide your I.P. address next time you want to fake someone out.  Clearcheck is a soulless pathetic company that prays upon the weak in society. Remember you can always pay directly to a business should you ever end up in the unfortunate situation of a NSF check or whatnot as many good citizens do from time to time. If they call, refuse to discuss the debt or any payment arrangement especially if they won't tell you the original amount date and location of bounced check. If they are rude at all, make it clear they are not to call you ever again and hang up! If they do, report them to the FCC and BBB.

I've been getting this call for weeks! Numerous times a day! The thing is, my phone was my 11 year old kids sisters. Mine broke and so I had to take hers to college with me. When I first got the calls she told me they had been calling her for about two weeks prior to that! WHY IN THE HELL WOULD A COLLECTIONS AGENCY BE CALLING AN 11 YEAR OLD GIRL ABOUT A BAD CHECK!? Pisses me off b/c I'll be in classes and they keep calling!

I just signed up with Sprint and they gave me a recycled number that used to belong to a girl that seems to owe a lot of people money. These idiots, among many others, keep calling. They wont say anything when I answer, but if it goes to voicemail they leave a message. I tried to call them back and it always says, "We can't complete your call right now. Please try back later." A-HOLES!!

before 9:00 am who or what is it? They never answer me. I've tried calling back but all I get is I'm sorry the number you have dialed. etc. you know the
rest. But I wish they would talk to me I have alot to say to them.

I spoke to Ed Taylor and I must say he seemed to be a nice man and sounds really sexy on the phone.  Like Paris would say: He's HOT!!!! :)

I recive these calls like 10 times a day. They have used 3 diffrent numbers. I called the first time and they were trying to collect a debt from a person I have never heard of and they said they would remove me from their list. Since then the number no longer works. The other number they left was to one of those "talk dirty to me chat lines" and the third number the 1-877-389-1132 dosent work either. However, the caller ID broght up a diffrent number. 1-800-859-3170. I called this number and they acted like I was doing something wrong and wanted to know how I got this number. I of course refused to tell them.

Ed Taylor (better know as the Osama Bin Laden of cyberspace and telecommunications) is a menace and is continuing to harrass the American people every day---and needs to be stopped in any way possible.... I'm sure our wonderful government will do nothing to help, unless of course he is a terrorist and they are actually behind this attack on our private phone lines....his weapon of mass destruction (the phone line) has invaded many private residences, as well as caused irreversible damages to many an answering machine, not to mention the time spent trying to reach this unnervingly and aggravating a**...will someone please find him and destroy his abilities to access phone numbers and invade our privacy?  Oh I almost forgot---we Americans no longer HAVE privacy!!!  My bad...

Receive up to 8 or more calls per week to my home phone.  My machine picks up and all I get is "we're open until 10PM to help you."  I'm never home when they call and I am too cheap to buy caller ID. When I call the number the I get the message from the phone company that I need to dial the area code plus seven digits, which I did. Any help on a real number, address, whatever would be great.

Ed Taylor has been harrassing my 70+ mother 4 and 5 times a day.  It is always "YOUR STATUS HAS CHANGED -- CALL US IMMEDIATELY".  I called 877.389.1132 last night and the number was being checked for service.  I called 877.389.1132 today and heard the telephone company tones preceding the message "the number you have reached 236.1132 is being checked for trouble".

This company is fraudulent. They are breaking the law by not identifying themselves as a collection agency. Do not give this company your credit card in any way form or fashion or any financial information. Require that this company or any company for that matter put it in writing and mail it to you.

when i answer and ask who is it, they just hang on me!!!!! that is verry rude!!!!!

i got my first calls today. same message, urgent, then came to find out they wanted my mom, she passed in july. i told them to pound glass.... and take me off call list. we will see what happens.

They keep calling on my cell phone but don't bother to leave a message.
