I called the number today after reading the comments, hoping that it was legit and that such vacation deals exist. I concur: it is a scam. Initially, when I seemed interested in purchasing, the agent I spoke to was very kind and helpful. As soon as I mentioned that I wasn't comfortable giving my credit card info by phone and wanted a website where I could do the transaction, he got upset and impatient and said I was wasting his time. He did not provide me a website where I could go. He just wanted my credit card info - that's all (and the credit card could only be visa or mastercard. Fishy!). And then he said some vacation consultant would contact me in November to confirm my travel dates. When I asked for a place where previous customers provided testimonials, he couldn't even give it. Other than the 1-888-680-5749 number, there's no other way to reach them. Very suspicious. Don't do it!!

And, if you fell for the trick, call the fraud department of your credit card and have it cancelled ASAP!

I called this # 877-389-9150 myvacations.com $199 per person. It does not include airfaire and they are not affiliated with any airlines, suppossedly you do that after you pay/book with them someone will call you.

After asking a few questions they hung up on me.
I called back using a different name end result hung up on 2x and no trip!!!!

I get a fax from them every day. It is a scam 877-389-9150 It is costing me nothing but ink and paper. I usually try and con these guys in giving me there fax numbers and send them 20 pages of black inked paper. This eats up there ink cartage and they take you off their list. Does anyone have these jerks fax number?? If so please print it so we can all send them their faxes back.

This is a scam.  They are not associated with any airline.  Ask them and they will hang up on you.  Feel free to be created and return the harassment.

Has anyone booked anything through these people? Are they legit?

Got a fax  claims to be Continental Airlines HR dept.  Says offering access to company vacation packages.  Says to call this number.  No other info.

I called today and was told they may have sold out on the $199 special.  I was put on hold, and they guy said that they only have a spot for 2 or 4 left.  He had an accent from Jamaica (where many scams originate).  I told him I wasn't interested because we had a bigger party (lie), and he hung up on me.  When it's too good to be true, it's most likely a scam.

When I called the man kinda sat there on the line.  He hardly spoke.  I said I was calling about a vacation package, he then said they only had 2 cancum packages left.  When I asked where he was located he hung up on me. Don't waste your time and effort.  Unless you want to put him on speed dial an hang up on him like he did me.  Hey, make him pay a little price anyway.  I'm sure he's scammed someone.  Have a great day.

He told me he was with TimeCom Travel before he hung up on me.  Basically gave me the same song and dance as he did to others.

The same happened to me.  Just a scam.

As an employee of Delta I can advise that this is a scam and has been reported. There is a fraud alert on delta.com

The only problem with faxing them back or calling them is now you have confirmed that the number they have on file is legitimate, and they'll probably continue to send you junk AND sell your now-confirmed fax/phone number to some other scammer.
Don't do it, as tempting as it is.

Fax came to County Offices in Custer,South Dakota.  Now using Delta Logo!  From HR Department. 888/905-0323.  Another incarnation of the same bottom feeders.

The RESPORG is the responsible organzation meaning they control the toll free and you can place a complaint for it but they are not the ones actually calling or sending the faxes

Hey, my boyfriends job handed out these faxes so he believed that it was from his job! He booked the 6/5 for cancun or cabo for $199 pp as a surprise for us, when he came home I recognized the fax as it had come throught my job before and our HR dept sent a fax out saying it was not from them and to disregard it.. I also called and tried to ask them questions and they only wanted my credit card info before theyd even speak to me, and then my bf called and started asking some serious questions and they just keep hanging up. They sent him a "confirmation email" from a gmail account..PRETTY FISHY...  what has been your situation so far? Please update me, I can leave my email addy if youd like to communicate that way. thanks! hes contacted his bank and told them the situation, they said that since he authorized the transaction they are legally able to get the $ and they will only investigate frais if theres no actual trip.. Did you ever go so far as to find out if there was a trip? also, they told him to say he was 24, he is actually only 23, but he did say he was 24 when asked..any ideas, suggestions, help?

I better update my own post - so far for legit.
I spent a good amount of time getitng my money back. So far no luck
I did involve the FBI and hope they'll pick it up. Same for Continental and Mastercard (who did not dispute the money with the scammers because of the taped agreement)

American Airlines started a law suit - hopefully Continental will follow.

On this site, I reversed looked up 877-389-9150. Like everyone said, I did call the number on the fax and asked for their supervisor/manager and was hung up on 3x. The their company website. Please help ban them before someone falls prey to them.

They sent fax to my office claiming to be from DELTA. When I called them, they asked "how many?". Told this guy I wanted to know how long the offer run, he hung up on me. That raised my alert senses, so I called again to ask who they were, the guy at the other end went "visa or mastercard reservations" I insisted on who they were he hung up on me. It is a scam obviously!

Fax arrived stating same as above but with DElta Cover sheet. As a retired DElta Employee I can guarantee this does not come from them!

I called the unsubcribe number and simply requested the fax number to be removed. I would recommend you all to do the same immediately.

I received this same fax. I called the number back and told them I was interested but I gave them a phoney cc number, they told me it didn't work, so I gave them another phoney cc number. I did that 3 times and finally the dude told me to call back when I had a good cc number.  Before I hung up on him I asked him how it felt to be deceived. :-)
