Received a call from this number. I did not answer it. But the msg left was asking for me by a last name I've not had for 25 years. I would have to say it isn't a legit call.

I still can remember "life without Kaiser". Glad I am able to have Kaiser intead. There is always someone to help you. If your Doctor is on vacation you can be seen by another one and your health records wii be available.
Don't get me wrong having a doctor you know and trust is so important. If they go on vacation some one else is on call, is the way it should always be.

I know it is hard to believe but it has to be that way. They cannot just leave a message and "know" it will be read by you.
Been with Kaiser 30 plus years and still with them. Glad I am. .
They sometimes send email but again no way of telling if it is recieved, at least that I know of.

Although kaiser uses a different number to call re appointments, etc., this is the line that called me to inform me about my strep test results. It seems a few folks mentioned a strep throat test. So if you (or your child) recently got one, chances are this is a legit call for you. My came in early around 7:00am -- the same time they emailed me the results.

You are right, it IS NOT KAISER. Just got a call saying they were from Constellation Energy inquiring about a child???? I think the people that say it is a legit call are the scammers on the other end!!!!! A coworker of mine got 30 calls from that number in less than 20 min last week. When her son answered the man, who couldn't speak English very well, made a rude, inappropriate comment to the child. Police were called. Please BEWARE

Got a call - We weren't home when they called, so there was an automated voice on the answering machine. It asked for the parents of ___ (our daughter) and then it said to call the number back for the lab results. We did have something in the lab.

Yep, the others are correct.  I just called it and it was Kaiser with results from a strep test.  In the past they have always left a message, but for whatever reason, didn't this time.  It is an automated system.

It is Kaiser Permanente sweetheart.   I personally don't like Kaiser as a service, for my doctors are always lying to my family as well as myself. We are looking for a new health insurence.

They may be calling you by mistake, but it is Kaiser reporting test results. I have strep! Aggghh

If this # if regarding test result why would they be calling me.  The last medical test I has done was back in March.  I recieved those results months ago.

It's Kaiser. I went in yesterday for a strep test and they called from this number to give me my results.

I'm am ALWAYS skeptical of unfamiliar numbers calling me. When I saw others say it was KAISER, I knew they were CORRECT because I was expecting a call from KAISER. I called the number. It's their courtesy line. When you call them back they will give you lab results.

I was skeptical as well, but i ended up calling back and it is simply an interactive message that informed me of my strep test results. So no worries!

Just want to let everyone know that it IS Kaiser.  My son had a strep test yesterday and they were calling with results.  Why they don't leave a message is completely beyond me.  But I did call the number back after looking here and seeing everyone's comments.  I got through spoke to an agent and got my son's results.  So no worries everyone.  IT IS KAISER!

Its a couretsey call from Kaiser. I was just there yesterday, receieved a call from this number. its a machine message from kaiser

I received a call from this number this morning at 7:52am. I did not answer it and they did not leave a message.

I know for a fact that it is no one I know and that it is not kaiser. Because as I said in my previous comment, that kaiser only calls me from one area code, and always leaves a message when I do not answer.

I feel that there is something fishy about this number. Mainly because I cannot find any information about it. Most numbers I do not recognize I am able to find information about online.

I know the number kaiser calls me from and it's not this one. It's always from the same area code, never an 877 number. Plus they always leave me a message if I don't answer. That's how I know it isn't kaiser.

It could be a call from Kaiser Permanente with lab results or appointment info
