Nobody approached me but I do not know why Mr. Smith , The Hartforrd , is sending me a policy without any request of coverage for ADD , through GTE FCU, so I feel this is an scam. I will send papers received from this Agent to Florida Financial Services since I never was interested to get this kind of coverage.

Just to let you know, Doug Smith, License number 910348 is the Vice President of Hartford Insurance and is the underwriter for insurance plans with banks for life insurance. So someone is using his name. Call Hartford first before signing anything.

Receive this letter claiming it's from The United States Life Insurance Company in the City of New York about my Hospital Accident Plan Insurance Coverage. Stated:

Dear (My Name):

Please find enclosed your Hospital Accident Plan Insurance Coverage Documents. Please review these documents for important information including benefits, exclusions, limitations and terms of coverage.

Be sure to keep these documents with your other important papers.

The first 60 days of this protection is provided without cost to you. The premiums are paid by First Hawaiian Bank. After 60 days, your monthly premium amount of $24.20 will be automatically debited from your First Hawaiian Bank checking account each month.
