Ok this is the correct number 877-854-0260. I have been doing more research and it is a for a debt collector that has many complaints and scams reported about them. I will be ignoring the calls.

My huge error. The number is not 877-397-4357, that is the number to the FTC. I will correct the number to CFG later but it was a 877 #.  Sorry for the confusion.

Get a call from this number and a male named Nick said that he needed to talk to someone about an important business matter ASAP, so that he could recommend something to his client. The caller ID was a local number. Just what this was about, I called the 877 number which did not work. A recording came on and said that the mail box had a error. I called the local number just to see. I had to repeately ask who was calling and the woman on the phone told me that she was calling from CFG and Associates. She starts about some debt that I have no idea what she is talking about and she gets very nasty so I told her to stop calling me and not to call again. I then went on-line and reported it to the FTC.
Looking now for mailing information so that I can start the process of making sure they do not call again, by sending them a letter. If anyone else has to deal with them, do not talk to them. They are not following guidelines set by the FDCPA.
