This Sam Capitiani/Capitano tell me to call BCM that he is a local locator. I talked to one of my friends in my class who states this guy is just a collector. Uses nasty & threatening tactics to get u to pay even if account is already paid!!! BCM said I had to give a verifiable method of payment with debit card which tipped me off that they are not legit not would they give me address or what BCM stands for, by the way when this so called Mr.Capitano called he was in a call center b/c I could hear all the noise in the background & people laughing.

I have received several voicemail messages over the last week from someone named Sam Capitano. He states he needs to verify my address and work and home to serve me with a claim against me. He said "I have one opportunity, today only, to handle this"... yet he keeps calling.

Left a nasty message on work and cell. Said he was Shawn Turner and he needed to verify my address at work or home to serve me and "I have one opportunity, today only, to handle this".
