Just got a call on my husbands cell phone and they said he must of bought something from them and is getting a reward. She asked if he would be interested in getting a reward and he said no and hung up! He called it back and she just answered hello, no business name!  I just called back and asked questions on why I had to pay for shipping and handling on something I won! Then I told her to ship it and I would pay the shipping when it arrived and she said good by have a wonderful day! SCAM SCAM! You could call this number 1 866 302 8548 and they would probably tell you they tried to call you and tell you won a 100.00 dollar walmart card and resteraunt vochures plus! I really don't think they even know who they call!

They almost got me!

Called Lowe's customer care and ended up with Creative Solution offering me a free gift certificate for being a loyal customer with Lowes..I provided them my name and mailing address to send me the gift certificate. Later, the Rep said she will transfer me for final processing and payment to recieve the $100.00 gift certificate and booklet for additional savings.

The processing Rep (John Marino in Florida) asked for my credit card info. I asked the Rep why do you need my credit card if the gift certificate is FREE.. He said I'll recieve a brochure to review and a booklet for additional savings upto 60% from department stores, gas station, restaurants etc. This initial charge of $9.95 is to ship the booklet/brochure and after 30days I can cancel the saving subscription..

I wasn't buying any of it! I told the rep I couldn't hear him on the other end and asked to call me back..I receive a call from 1866 302 8549 claiming to be Creative Solutions. I told the rep I couldn't talk at that moment and would contact the company sometime later...

Creative Solutions called me in December of 2011.  The same spiel as in the comments above. They took me for $1495.  Was told $14.95 on phone, then they charged my card $1495.  The credit card company (CITI BANK) called me within two hours and said an authorization was coming into my account for $1495.  They asked if I had authorized $1495.  I said 'NO'.  They put the charge on my account anyway.  I never could reach Creative Solutions at any of the numbers they gave me or had called me from.  Their automated phone system continued to call me into May of 2012.  When I would ?Press one to speak with a representative?, they would hang up on me as soon as I told them who I was.

CITI BANK said they were going to investigate it and get back to me.  After three months I called them to see what was going on.  They had done NOTHING and closed the complaint without ever telling me.  After eight months of trying to work with CITI BANK, they told me it was my own fault and I would have to pay.  Looks like I got scammed from both ends.

My best advice it to run from both companies.

SCAM!!!!!! DO NOT GIVE OUT YOUR INFORMATION!!!! THEY SEEM VERY PROFESSIONAL, IF YOU DID GIVE INFO CALL AND FREEZE YOUR ACCOUNTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just got called by them tonight and like a stupid idiot, gave out my info. I truly thought they would lower my interest on my credit card. When I hung up , I immediatly called my credit card company, my bank and credit bureau. Hope nothing comes of this. Gosh, I'm really sorry for all of you who were taken. I sure learned my lesson.

I also got taken by this scam. They were going to lower my interest rates on all cards. They took 995.00 out of my account and never sent me the agreement. I was suppose to get it back in 90 days if they didn't get lower rates and save me $2500.00 in that time. Now the 90 days are up, no one answers the phone. Oh yes, I have an agreement number. It is worthless. Stay clear of this scam!

They took 699.00 out of my friends Acc.And he has never even talked to them.. 55yr old VET on a fixed income!!!!    BEWARE>>>NUTIN BUT A SCAM!!!!

I too am a former employee of the company, and extend my sincer apologizes to all of those who have been scammed by this company. I stayed with them for two months and when I realized how much of a scam it was I immediately looked for new employment. They screwed up my pay a few times and I rolled with punches mostly because I need some kind of income. Ran by two men Tom and George. Both come off very professional and kind until you realize what's truly going on then they start to get spiteful. Do not I repeat do not give anyone from this company your information they charge you ridiculous prices for simple things you can do yourself for free and act like they are doing you a favor. I no matter how much you try and bring this company down there is nothing you can do I have watched them literally relocated their offices and change all there information so quick that it didn't even affect operations at all. They are money hungry thieves and they don't even care about taking the last of your money off your card they just wanna get paid whether they can help you or not they already received your money. The best thing you can do is not respond to the calls as annoying as it is or change tyour number. They get their leads from the ppl who enroll on the do not call list so that doesn't help any.

This is a former employee of this company... I apologize for all the people who got scammed by these people, because they also scam their employees who are blind to the fact that what they are doing is illegal and very scammy. If you ask any questions as to why or say someone wants a refund or has a complaint, they fire you... This has happened to quite a number of people. I was there for a month before I told them that I did not feel comfortable in the position and promptly quit. However I have never receive my last 2 paychecks and I still see them in business despite how many countless people have filed complaints with the FTC, BBB, Chamber and Congressman, I will tell you this; All you can do is make sure you call the fraud dept of your credit card and make sure they know about this. It can be disputed. Creative Solutions is run under United Credit Foundation as well. That is how they are getting away with all the illegalities. Creative Solutions took money before I received their agreement form.  Then, I x'd out their agreement formn and said I do not want to do business with them. Now, I am in a dispute with them to get my damn money back!

They take $500 b4 u even receive their agreement form which clearly states u give them full permission to use the card unconditionally. I got snookered. Don' b stupid and trusting like me. I believed they really wanted to help me lower my interest rates.  The bank said they NEVER negotiate with anyone under these terms.  So i'm out $500 dollars and now have to try and dipute it formally.

Just got a call from this number "Creative Solutions" to lower credit card interest rate.  Was suppose to be from member services.   They asked too many personal questions, that if they were truly from my member services they would already have this information.  They did give me a name and phone number I am welcome to call them back to finish the conversation.

They call 2 or 3 times a week and will not put my name on a do not call list. When I request to talk to a manager they put me on hold and never come back.  The last time I called back the person recognized my voice and said it was a pizza parlor.

This is reportedly the number of Creative Solutions out of Florida which is supposed to be a company that helps lower credit card rates but I find no info on the company at all.  Red flags are flying
