Message was left on my work phone from "Susan" - no last name. She sounded very hostile and spoke too quickly for me to understand everything, but it sounded like she was from "Frontship Financial Group" (=Frontier?) and was calling before marking my account as "non compliant".... apparently I owed some kind of debt? Of which I don't, but worried about identity theft I returned her call at 888-966-6014 and 877-401-5272. The first one rang 4 times and then stopped. The second one took me to a "on hold" message and then nothing. I wish I hadn't called them back because they will probably be calling again, seeing that I responded the first time. If you get a message from either of these numbers, I wouldn't call back. However if you happen to pick up when they call, get as much information from them before you give them any of your information. The forums seem to be packed with "they're frauds" and "I do owe money, but they are unreasonable" stories, so who knows how legitimate they are. Protect yourself; get as much info on them first!

They cant legal call your friends or family

Well, do you REAllY think they'd have these many "wrong numbers"?  Maybe you work for such a scum place to disrupt our days. If we hadn't paid on a bill they would call my house not my place of work because they companies we do owe have our HOME number NOT work for the sake of not interrupting my work day. In addition, we PAY our bills & this scum company is calling my workplace only they aren't saying anything when we answer....so I suggest you NOT defend them when you have NO idea how much those of us who work hard for our money are interrupted by harassing calls!!

Out of all the different calls from this number or different numbers that comes from this same company, has anyone received a call from them only saying that the person calling from this company that her name is Sara miller?? Just curious because this sounds like i may be having the same if not similar situation.

These people call my house looking for someone who doesn't live here. I called them back and the girl who answered gave me the name of the person. I called a  Fair Debt Collection Practices Act(FDCPA) attorney. He can't help me but he can help the neighbor they are looking for. So I am going to give the neighbor the lawyer 's # so she can sue Frontier Financial. They broke the law by calling my house and giving me the persons name. I am also contacting the Attorney Generals office to report them. It is not supposed to cost you anything to sue them & you can get $1,000 from Frontier Financial. They are not allowed to contact you at work,call family friends or neighbors, or threaten you in any way.

Sorry, but you're either a halfwit or have a vested interest in this laughable excuse for a 'company'. Are you the CEO or something? Does a shady, cowboy outfit like this even HAVE a CEO?
As an example, I just received a call from this do***ebag (dis)organization, asking for a 'Sadie someoneorother' - I couldn't be certain of the full name, because the smarmy assclown on the phone sounded like the third rate used care dealer he almost certainly was in a former life. Of course, they want you to call back in order to draw you into whatever sordid little pyramid scheme/money fleecing scam/Scientology-like cult that they're involved in.
Look at all the complaints on here. YOU KNOW FULL WELL that this is some kind of scam. Don't hide behind 'Has no one every had a wrong number?' b***s***tery. You seem highly butthurt that this website exists in order to call out rip-off merchants like Frontier Financial, who are preying on people's fears, and the harsh financial times, in the most disgusting, immoral way imaginable.

Hey look! It's a "pay your bills" jerk. I have no debts, but I get calls saying I do. Police, arrest, law suits, etc. You don't suppose it's fraud do you? Get off the soap box buddy, we need it for the soap.

here's the thing, HAS NO ONE EVER HAD A WRONG NUMBER?? all of you jump to Attorney General so quickly, it's a wrong number, it happens. Second, if they're calling you about an issue with your account, its because YOU caused the issues. If you dont like the calls, THEN PAY YOUR BILLS. To call the employees at Frontier Financial scumbags is ridiculous. Trying to intimidate is hardly what they are trying to do, imagine if you as the DEBTOR, didnt use foul language and didnt scream and didnt act so rude, imagine how much they would do for you. That payday loan you took WAS NOT a gift, it was a SHORT TERM loan, that was meant to be paid back in 14 days, and you DEBTORS dragged it out for years. Look it happens that people get in a bind, and when it rains it pours, they get that. But be flat out honest with them, if you dont intend on paying tell them so they can move on and do whatever with your account. I guarantee that people who work there probably owe people just like all of you.
If you dont like the way the call is going, simply ask for a manger or supervisor to join the call. Imagine that, solving the problem.
And, you want to call them scumbags because they're working 40 hrs a week at their job to support their families and pay their bills.Yet, the true scumbag is the person who works the system and tries to not pay their bills, and blatantly ignores the fact that they owe money to another person or corporation. That takes something that wasnt theirs. When you took that loan out, you signed a contract stating you would pay it back. MORAL OF ALL OF THIS, PAY YOUR BILLS AND THEN COLLECTION AGENCIES WOULDNT BE CALLING YOU!

THE CALL IS FROM FRONTIER FINANCIAL GROUP. THIRD PARTY "JUNK" DEBT COLLECTOR. SLEAZY LOWLIFE SCUMBAGS THAT TRY TO INTIMIDATE YOU INTO PAYING BACK PAYDAY LOAN BUT WON'T SEND ANY PROOF BY US MAIL. HANG UP ON THEM!!!

more than one call I've received from this number - don't answer if I don't recognize - they need to be stopped from pestering people!

this company call my work # , stated they was unauthorizated debt to my chking account and did i auth it and then transfer me to someone else , tell me a bad ck was written  and will be prosecuted , i starting asking question, the  phone line got silent , then start on the bad ck issue again, i hung up on the line

This company called me before looking for someone else. Told them I was not he person they are looking for. they stopped calling for awhile now calling again. Sending report to Attorney Generals office today. Had enough. Will block the #.

Have called me 3 times today but does not leave a message.  I will not pick up on numbers that I do not know.

got one today as well...considering all of these reports are in the last few days...I would certainly consider this fishy

I received a voicemail today from a girl named Ashley at this number telling me to phone her immediately.

When I did, I demanded to know the name of the company and why I had been called. The girl who answered (not Ashley), said "Ohh, there are lots of companies in this building. We called because we are looking for someone named M---." I said I do not know such a person, this is my personal line, remove me from your lists.

Only SLIGHTLY fishy that she refused to tell me a company name. I wish I had not returned their call but I did not provide any personal information and won't be returning any more calls like this.

I just got a call from Frontier Financial claiming I wrote a bad check for a payday loan. Well I did not write a check and they called me at work.I looked them up and they are in Nevada. They are not even licensed to collect debt in NV. Know your rights and ask them for validation and if you do not want them calling include a cease all communications notice in your letter.

These people are bugging the heck out of me...at work... and I find it annoying and embarassing.  Furthermore, I don't know if they are for real or not
