I received a call from a Nicole at my work from Riverside County Council about serving me papers for writing bad checks, that I have to call this number to deal with the matter. The client is  Westgate Group, a payday loan place. Believe me I did research, it is a legitmate place, I arranged with them because I knew what was what. But I will be suiing them over the fact they had harrassed my family and gave out personal information, and saying that they will contact my employer and boss. I told them not to call me at my work that this is a recorded line anyway. Nicole was very persitent and all. I handled it, but at the same time I am seeking a lawyer, my rights and privacy were violated.

They deposited $200 into my bank account. I thought it was my company I worked at direct deposit cause it was within 24 hours.  They want me to pay them 4350 for a $200 advance. They have my bank account overdrawn $114 to date in addition.  they have no mail address to pay them off directly.  

They call several times a day.  They asked for my social security number.  They
Tricked me to give it to them, since I was trying to do right thing and make a payment...then they hung up on me and I have not heard from them since.

They just doubled my finance charge and I've never missed a payment. I called to pay everything off and they had terrible attitudes.

THESE PEOPLE WITHOUT MY CONSENT PUT FUNDS INTO MY ACCOUNT IN THE AMOUNT OF 200. THEN A COUPLE WEEKS LATER, I GET EMAILS SAYING MY ACCOUNT WAS SENT TO COLLECTIONS. ABOUT TWO DAYS LATER I GET A PHONE CALL FROM AN UNKNOWN NUMBER SAYING THAT IF I DON'T PAY THEM 650 DOLLARS THEN I WOULD BE TAKEN TO COURT AND SUED IN THE AMOUNT OF ABOUT 2000. THE LADY SAID IF I DIDN'T SET UP SOME SORT OF PAYMENT ARRANGEMENT THEN THE WOULD COME TO MY HOUSE OR MY WORKPLACE WITH LOCAL AUTHORITIES. I JUST THINK THIS IS BULLSH*T

I was hit by Westgate, please read my post.

I deposit my check on the March 6th, and notice that there was $300 extra in my account. I was not sure where that money came from so I ask my bank for the phone  number so that I could find out who deposited the money. 877-410-6170 was the number. I called and ask who deposit the cash and they said that I made a on line loan application. WRONG, I know I did not make it. So who had all my information ? My husband  and I started thinking  back, and it was about 2 years ago that we made an on line application for a loan. Which we were never approved for. We did not applie to Westgate, never did we aply for a PAYDAY  loan ever. I believe what the did to me was gathering my information from what they call THE SYSTEM since all my info was there. Direct depositing the $300 in my account saying that I are somebody made the loan. I'm sure if I did not question this $300 and spent it. I would be owning high interest to them. I told them they better with drawe that money. They had no answer for my question they hung up on me several times. I am sure it is  a scam. Not sure what to do. Any ideas out there?

Had a loan for $200 with GTI Holdings. They deposited the cash but never took out any payments. Then they sent account to company to retrieve their cash. Never, ever called. I will pay but just to let everytone know that THIS IS HOW THEY GET YOU. Borrower be ware

Called and left me a message.  Do not know them and do not owe them.  I refuse to get money from these kinds of loan sharks.

I received a call from them on 11/29/12, concerning, a loan for $300.00. Never received the lian but was told that $90.00 would be debit from my Account on 12/14/12.  I will clise my Account before, I let them rip me off. I received a call from that 877-410-6170.

First of all, they were drafting money out of my account whenever they wanted to.  One night, two payments of $90 and one payment of $30 was drafted out of my account.  I called the bank and put a stop payment on them taking any more money out of my account.  At that point, $550 had been paid back to them on a $300 loan.  The company hires independent locators who can lie, and it doesn't go back to the company.  They called my job, told my supervisor that I was under investigation for fraud. NOT TRUE.  In North Carolina, this is considered a civil case, if it would even stand up in court.  They tried to use criminal terminology with me, telling me that if I was found guilty and refused to pay I would be charged with failure to comply.  I just got a phone call from this locator, a bi*** named Courtney, who has called me a criminal and compulsive liar, and she told me she was going to file papers at the courthouse, and if I wasn't present for my trial, a warrant would be issued for my arrest.  She also represented herself as a NC state employee.  I know that the worst they can do to me is take me to small claims court and even if I lose, there will be a judgement against me.  If I don't pay it, it will be put on my credit report.  I am going to talk to a lawyer about this.  Right now, the only advice I can give is hang up on these people.

THEY SET IT UP WHERE YOU HAVE ACCESS YOU YOUR ACCOUNT BUT ONLY TAKE OUT $90. IT IS A SET UP. I HAD NO WAY TO TALK TO ANY ONE AFTER $320 WHERE TAKE OUT OF MY ACCOUNT AND MY BANK GAVE ME THE NUMBER. PAYDAY LOAN IS A FRONT NUMBER AND INDIAN PEOPLE FIND 3RD PARTIES TO LOAN THE MONEY THEN THEY HAVE THESE INDIAN CALL YOUR JOB AND HARASS YOU FOR 3 HRS. I TALKE TO THE COLLECTION AGENCY THEY HAVE STILL THE NERVE TO ASK FOR MORE MONEY, THEN KIAL STATES WE HAVE YOUR MONEY. BE CAREFULL DO NOT DO THE LOAN NO MATTER WHAT.

I received a call from this company as well. It came from a restricted number. They were claiming that I owed 1800.00 on a payday loan from November of 2010. When I asked them for information they had ALL of my private and personal information. There are not Payday loans out there that I am aware of, especially that old, that I have. In addition to this the bank account they are referring to is over two years old and has not been open for some time. I have never recieved any written notices or requests but recieved a very harrassing and angry phone call asking where to serve me or would I just like to take care of this. I told them I do not even remember the loan and if they would please send me the documents so that I can review them and be aware of the accusations and charges. The lady became very belligerant and rattled off all my personal info and stated that if I wanted the documents then I will see them in court for check fraud and writing a bad check. I received several follow up calls from a lady with the cell phone number of (713) 997-8344 claiming that they will see me in court standing before a judge in handcuffs for check fraud if I don't reslove this immediately. She continued to call and yell over the phone at me until she would hang up on me. She proceeded to call me back several times regarding this and made claims that she cannot give me original loan documents and It was my problem and I was out of luck.

I also took out a payday online from this company wesgate llc. Unfortunately after several times that they renew my 2 weeks charging me $90.00. I was at default with my bank account having overdraft items. I had pay deduction and  hrs deduction through my employer. Being a single mother it had became difficulty to pay. My bank closed the account.  I have been getting harrassing calls from them to my place of employment. They have contacted my supervisor and my hr department. They have informed them that they had a legal matter and needed to serve me court papers.  After my supervisor inform them that they had couldnt contact me at work, they gave her all the contact information for mrme to contact them. The next day the call my hr department. Asking to verify my address info. Also told my hr they were needing to serve me.  I have not once received a notice letter. However, i received an email this am saying it was court order for a civil lawsuit. I have not opened this email. I returned this guy by the name of Michael green he wanted me to verify my last of social n home adress n d.o.b. i told him i was not providing any information without knowing the name of his company . This man became angry when i told him that.  I told him not to b calling me at work n to stop. They continue the next day n a message said they were going to make sure i got fired. N that they were going to get a lawsuit.

I took out a loan with Westgate and another company named GTI.I got sick and went into the hospital and was thrown off financially.My bank account was closed due to many overdratfs.I wasn't able to pay these loan companies off as planned.
They will try to use intimidating phone calls from "some legal' dept in order to scare you.They are never willing to give out any information of their whereabouts.I called the civil division of my counties local court house and was told that it's illegal for these phone calls.the civil dept said that it's good to run a check into any summons against you and to also check your credit report online.
Westgate's phone callers will call from a restricted number and try to harass you often.They will leave a number for you to call some legal dept but don't buy into it unless you've been notified through mail with legal documents from a legal court.

I have a pending loan that is supposed to be deposited into my account tommorrow morning. The nfinance charge is supposed to be 90.00 every 2 weeks

Received a text message from them, today, 3/13/12 saying I owe them $350.00  gave me 3 options of how to pay it off.  No further information.  Haven't been able to try to reach them yet, but I'm sure that I'll be able to once I'm not at work & can use my cell phone.  It may be a scam, so be careful out there.

they f****d me over telling me i had a 60 dollar charge for my loan. i paid it then again they told me i still have it on there and there still is another 60 dollar charge. dont make since!!!
