We have got several text messages from this number, they want us to call back with bank info.

Got 3 texts in less of 12 hr. from Plus4CU; Message: Plus4CU Has deactivated your dibit card...call Security Department: 877-410-8613

My husband and I have each received 3 text messages about how they deactivated my debit card, call security

here i go again, my husband and I also got the message that we needed to contact security department about a debit card

Got several msgs to call this number because my debit card has been deactivated. They provided the first 6 digits that did not match my debit. I call and a recording asked me to enter my 16 digit debit card, then the expiration date and my pin number. These are definetly crooks! I entered bogus numbers.

Got several calls from this number.

I received a text message from jsmive@verizon.com stating that Transportation Alliance Bank has deactivated my 511270XX debit card, call security department at 877-410-8613.  (I don't even have an account at this bank!)

Been getting this one too.  Looks like its linked to a number of sites and they just keep hitting yor phone with all kinds of things to worry you about your credit. I've had five incomming calls in the last 24 hours.  
Message: your Plus 4 debit card has been deactivated ..... please call security at .....

wow they are blowing us up here at our work over our nextel accounts... Every 2 mins someones nextel is going off in here.  I hope they crash it VERY soon.  We have been getting them on and off for about a week now.  Sounds like church bells in here :)

Got the same text, and have received other two from alerts@firstcity and alerts@plus4.com these scams are becoming more and more common. I hope that someone catches them.

This isn't a typo - no spaces were used in the message. I didn't call the number, but I'm 99.99% sure it's a scam.

I recieved the text four times over the past two days for an account @ SVFCU
SUSQUEHANNA VALLEY CREDIT UNION (it may have been with good intentions(NOT)
if I had an account with this so called institution.
DON'T FALL FOR IT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Received text message 3 times within 2days about our debit card being cancelled. Called our bank & there's no such phone number for our bank institution. I will try to call our wireless provide to block & report the fraudulent text.

My husband just got a text with this scam. I pray someone shuts them down.

I've gotten this text message 4 times since Saturday, August 29, 2009.  The last one was just a few minutes ago.  It's costing me money... I'm calling my carrier (Nextel)

We got the same text about our debit card being canceled, except it gave us a local bank name that we do not have an account with. I called the toll number and same thing, some generic recording wanting us to enter the card number....please! Has to be a scam, I'm calling the bank they are referring to and giving them the toll number, maybe they can shut it down.

I GOT IT TWICE, AND IT WAS FROM DIFFERENT ADDRESSES... ONE WAS A T-MOBLIE AND THE OTHER WAS A SPRINT ADDRESS... THEY CAME IN AT ABOUT 815PM MT TIME... I GOOGLED AND ENDED UP HERE SO I AM REPORTING MINE HERE TO.

Got the same text.  Called verizon and they are trying to shut it down.  Wasn't dumb enough to call.

Yes it a scam, a very poor one at that. I have an app for my phone that will send them 300 text messages every 5 minutes. Eventually I'll crash their line. See how they like it. Don't worry, I have unlimited texting. Tee, hee, hee hee.

dont do it. got a text. googled the number and it lead me here. never submit personal stuff over the phone if you dont know who it is.

We got a text lke that to. We figured it was a scam, so went to the pay phone to call. They say your credit card was stolen and they want you to enter your credit card info. All this is said on a very broken recording. DO NOT FALL FOR IT! No, we werent that dumb. Just blocked the number from the phone.

Got the same message. My debit card was cancelled and I was to call security at the 1-877 number listed. It gave the last 4 digits of a card I do not own. Scamola and costing me minutes.

Call is a text message saying that your debit card has been "cancelled", and you are supposed to call this number, and enter your card information.  I believe that this call is a scam, but I'm not sure since I was not dumb enough to follow through.
