Lol they don't even know that my brother is FBI agent himself & this guy with heavy accent told me that he is from FID? What is a loser! He told someone is filing complaints about me but i do not even have one letter legally sent to me ?

I got a call from this guy could barely speak English left me a message if i know what's good for me and my lawyer i better call him or else.

i got the same call today it kinda freaked me out i was like i never took out no loan and the eones i did it was not with the company he was talking about i gave him a prepaid card number when they go try and take the money out on the 26 they gone be mad lol

Twice I have recieved two calls from this number. Can never make out much of the info. I do have their messages saved. I could only make out that some allegation against me and my name and to not disregard their message.

The first call I recieved caller claimed to be an investigator and stated that if I did not respond and pay the creditor which was some pay day loan place US Cash by 5:00 pm that I would be arrested....Caller had all my personal information such as social security number, checking account numbers, place of employment, and my home address.

Rae I got the same call he was from the federal bureau of investigation looking for one of my employees . He gave me the same number .his name was officer frank Hudson he stated if my employee does not call back he was coming to arrest her . He also said to was a loan . He has a West Indian accent I put him in hold so many times so when I call my friend at NASA maybe this will help . Lets catch this fool I think it maybe more than one person because I could hear a lot of people talking in the background . Call the police it will help get these lifeless people caught

I got a call from a guy claiming to be alex with an indian accent threatening me as well! called 10 times threatening me saying I would be going to jail! The number that called me was 8774137219

This person called telling me i o almost 1000$ they somehow knew my ss# which really worries me. I asked them to send written documentation via post office and i would gladly pay. That wasn't good enough. I an going to report this. Doesn't seem to be the way someone would go about collecting debt.

It is a scam.  They pop up around the country, get shut down, then someone else starts one.  Best thing to do is tell there person they have been reported the FBI Cyber crimes department.  They'll stop calling.

They have been calling me and said I took out a payday loan from United Cash Advance for $300. Then when I called back they changed it to $200 and said it didn't matter what day it went into my checking account. When I told them I knew this was a scam, they told me to F myself and hung up. No more calls since at my job. Have been receiving some of the other numbers that people have been getting, showing up on my cell phone.

I got a call from this 877 413 7219 22 times in less then one hr they said i was under investigation and i will be locked up today and they had all my information for a loan i never took out and MR RON SCOOT called me bad names and said really nasty things so i said when did i get this loan and he said between 2010 and 2011 for a bank account that i did not open to june of 2012 so after i hung up i called the police and filed a report and since i did they called back again and i told them that the police will be handling this and he said stupied woman BIG C--T!!!! wow never in my life have to deal with someone like this karma is a bi*** and THIS IS A BIG BIG SCAM BE AWARE PEOPLE CALL THE COPS AND FILE A REPORT THEY HAVE ALL DIFFERENT NUMBERS 877 413 7219  741 372 19 THESE PEOPLE ARE BIG SCAM PEOPLE

They called my phone today about a payday.I am so sick of theses people calling me.

Notify the FTC and call your local police I had the same thing happen to me!

I got a call from this 877-413-7219 number saying that I was under investigation for a payday loan i took out and never paid back. I told them i never took out a loan. They called me a liar and said they had my social security number and my bank information and that they were going to have the cops arrest me tomorrow morning and come to my job and cause me problems. I filed a police report and called them back to get their company name but they wouldnt tell me the name or how much the loan was for or what company it was with. I told them they cant arrest me for a loan i didnt even get. The manager got on the phone and started yelling F U. F U. i was like whatever then they hung up. I kept calling back but they wouldnt answer so i left a voice mail saying that I filed a police report and if they kept harassing me they would have to deal with the police. They have not called since.

They called and told me that they had an investigation on me. When I asked who they were, he transferred my call to his manager. I hung up, he called back. He told me he had an investigation on me. I told him he didn't and hung up on him. He called back and I told his raggedy a** not to call anymore. He called again so I went on the internet and found this site. I took the advice of another and called the number back. I figured it made more sense to bother them back. honestly, what are they going to do? Definitely not call the police.

This person "Officer Bates" keeps calling me and will not stop.  I have read the posts that this is a scam and they have hacked information from the internet where I recently applied for a loan and are threatening me to be arrested.  They are now calling my work numbe and even called and spoke to my supervisor.  I don't know what to do to get this to stop.  Can anyone please help?

This person hacked into my employee's email, read her emails and then contacted us, her Employer. He started the phone conversation by yelling "needing her manager" and as a company we were hiding a criminal. I explained to him plainly "as her employer we have no recourse on her personal finances and can not provide her contact information without any further information from him." Well, this let to a yelling match telling me to "Get Lost" and "You are dumb and get off the phone and give me her Manager now"

I pressed him to tell me his name, and he told me he was Ben Stiller. I replied, "Yeah, right, and I am Mohan Singh your long lost brother" . This only enraged him, and by this point I was engaged in a yelling
match I was having with this guy on the other end of the phone.

He then requested my Business License number and he was going to provide it to the police. I started laughing and told him, go ahead, cause in America I don't need to give anyone my "Business License Number" Ok, so this pissed him off.  Any he continued his tirade. I could feel the steam coming out of my ears so, I hung up...He started calling again. At the end, I had to unplug my phone.

I called our employee and she received the same call from him. It seems, he HACKED her email and read EVERYTHING and knew EVERYTHING about her.  She closed her email account immediatley.  

THIS IS MAJOR FRAUD...and he's got a bad Indian Accent..maybe when he tries to call again, we will order some take out!

Man who identified himself as Special Crime Investigator Kevin Smith, said that they have filed charges for violation of banking law and two other crap charges. He was fishing for money. He said that he was going to call my employer and get me fired. He said that a man was going to come to my house within the half hour and I was going to be arrested. He said that he needed the name of my lawyer and phone number and fax number so that he could get the affidavits to my lawyer.

It was all b***s***. I invited him to have me arrest me.

I use Google Voice as my phone number and it helps me screen calls, block calls (they keep calling from different numbers, and as I eventually get all their numbers blocked they began to call with an UNKNOWN as the caller ID.

However, Google Voice has an easy way to record any incoming call -- but just pressing 4, at which point the caller hears "RECORDING STARTED" and the entire call will be recorded, and can be used as evidence, and can be turned over to your local police, state Bureau of Investigation, or even the FBI.
