These so called us citizens have been making threatening phone calls not only at my husbands workplace but also at my home they have called me an idiot and said if the money is not paid my husband would lose his job, not going to happen but I have reported them to the better business bureau and consumer affairs and to a lawyer, they will not give you any information you ask for although they sure want yours. They need to be stopped and using American names like Mr.Jones or Donald is a sure sign right there something is wrong. these people complain about hate crimes in their people gee I wonder why.

the 877-413-9611 number started calling me at work again today and still wouldn't give me any information on what I owed the money for. When I asked for their address so I could forward it to my lawyer, they got rude and demanded I put my attorney on the phone right then and there--like I keep my attorney in my pocket to pull out when I need him. This bullsh*t needs to be stopped by someone. Where are the phone companies in all this? Maybe all of us who are being intimidated by these people should file a class-action lawsuit against the phone companies to make them start being responsible for the havoc they are creating in people's lives. I also called WallTech which is a Skype technical support. The number on the web site is 855-832-8368. When I called this number guess who answered--a tech support out of INDIA! When I tried to get some information on these Skype numbers he said he couldn't help me and when I asked for the number of the police in India he said I couldn't call them because it was long distance and some other crap. But it's interesting to note that on the WallTech web site all of the people shown appear to be American not Indian, what's up with that? Maybe we should all keep bothering Skype until they take responsibility for their phone numbers.

they said that she was a member of the nc sheriff department. i told them to meet me there. they got mad and rude. i told them that the fbi  and better business is on the case. they stop calling for a week, now they are back at it. i told my wife not to answer that number when they call.

I got a call and harassed about a payday loan from US Cash loan. I never did that. They wouldn't give me a date or documentation on it.

They just called and had my full social and knew where I worked. They said that I owe money for a cash advance that I never took out or requested. I asked for some legal documents indicating any loan that was opened and they said they ahd already mailed out when I knew that was bs. They are very rude and with are hard to understand because of their accent. The supervisor hung up on me because I refused to validate my social, why would I do that with some stranger over the phone? He said he would just leaglly dispute this through my work department via payroll? When you call back you talk to another rude person who also hangs up when you try to get information. I don't even know who they are or what it's for? How can I get this straightened out? Is this a scam...if so, it's terrifying that they have my social and personal information!

Received call saying owed money to US Cash Advance using phone number 877-413-9611.  Very broken english but managed to make out the threat in the message received.  Must call back or face charges....I am not returning this call as I know it is a scam just like many other similar calls received!

I am so tired of these scams. Same accent, same threats of repercussion, demands for my attornys name and phone number.  Only thing different is name they use, this latest one stated his name was Robert Davis.

This guy was named Roy Wilson and yes, he contacted my employer. Fortunately, someone from the HR dept contacted me to let me know about this. She even thought the call was a scam because this Roy Wilson threatened her as well. Of course, when I called the number it was the usual, be prepared to be arrested 'cause the sheriff us coming...when I asked for documentation I was told it was emailed to me, which was a lie. Just had enough of being scammed ...

Number is calling me and verified my personal information will not say what company other the "Legal Department".

You know that under US law, there are no debtors' prisons, and that you can't have someone arrested for being in debt and unable to pay.  So not only are threats of bringing charges against someone illegal if you don't intend to go through with it, you couldn't bring such charges against someone even if you wanted to do it.

So stop "awaring" people about charges against them and get yourself a real job, assuming members of your caste are even eligible to have one.  Unless you are filing these charges overseas in elephant court.

I have asked this company to take me off their list many times (Do not call). Each day they change the number and call using a different number. I have contacted the phone provider and the Federal Trade Commission regarding the rude and threaten calls. I do not owe any cash advance money to this caller. The person calling is of Middle Eastern background and very limited English.

This all are bogus allegation from the person who tried to ran away to pay back their bills .This are not empty threats but we are awaring you about charges and you consider as a threat that all i can say

Keeps calling my work none stop

These people constantly keep calling my work and threatening me that they have a fraud charge against me.. He threaten to call my company and tell them that I'm a fraud.. I don't know who this man is. His English is broken up.. I have told him to stop calling my work or I will report him in..

I got a call at my work place last night from this number with a message that I needed to call them back regarding an issue with my social security number. When I called, I spoke with a man whose name was Raymond Scott. He told me that I owed US Cash Advance a balance of $979.00 and if I didn't take care of this balance last night with a debit or credit card, a letter stating my full name, SS# and a statement that I would not dispute this matter now or in the future, and a copy of the front and back of my drivers license that I would be arrested this morning. I know this is a scam because he would not give me a date that the money was borrowed, an account number.  I had a hard time getting any information about the company he worked for or where they were located. He finally told me he was with the Federal Bureau of Criminal Investigations and was located in Florida. I have never taken a payday advance from this company and have never received any documentation in the mail about such a loan. I have contacted the Sheriff office for the county I live in regarding the call because he was threatening to not only have me arrested but to contact my employer and tell them I was being arrested for numerous criminal charges. I am going Monday morning to see the magistrate judge about the matter and see if there is anything I can do. I cannot afford to lose my job over a telephone scam. Since the message was left for me at work, they know how to contact my employer and what shift I work. I'm sure these are empty threats but in today's economy I cannot afford to take any chances.

This number just started calling me. His name he claims is Joseph Garner, who used to call me from 877-308-4487. I had filed a police report against the other number. I guess I now need to do the same for this one. He claims I need to call him back or have my attorney call him or I risk being arrested by Monday. He has an Indian accent. This is a scam to try to get money. I have spoken to all of the companies I have accounts with and they are all in good standing and have all told me this is a scam. The can't legally do anything of the tactics he is claiming. The police told me I should just block the number.

This number has been calling me for several months asking for someone that I've never heard of.  They are definitely have Indian accents and I wouldn't be surprised if they were in their home country getting re-routed through a US land line.  Who know!?

The caller said they were calling in regards to a claim against me.  Something about money received from US Cash Loans?  I have never received any money from them so I don't know what this is all about.  When I asked where they were located, I was told that they are in Florida and that I needed to go see them.  I spoke to 2 different people and neither one spoke very good English.  The second person I spoke with was very rude and said he would see me in court.  Appears to be a scam as the people were very quick to get mad and couldn't tell me what the problem was.  They finally hung up on me.
