Was called today by a Mr. Scott, he did not reveal what company he represented...only that I would be served @ my workplace or @ home and that I was hereby served. What a crock! No one calls to warn you of being served, nor can they serve you over the phone. These guys think everyone is a fool and that they are so damn smart. Don't answer to them & don't give them the satisfaction of getting panicked. Report them to the FCC.

Got a call - "regarding suspicious activity on your account" - I don't even have any credit cards. Got rid of them long ago. Don't answer this number.

This is 100% SCAM!!! This is also connected with the # 877-255-2168. Hope the Police will be able track them so they will stop this nonsense!!! Do not entertain them!!!

I got a voicemail that there was fraudulent activity on my account. I called back from another phone and it was "Titan." I did not know who they were so I hung up.

Never received the call, but they have been calling my parents house where I haven't lived for 15 years. I called the number back this morning, the name of the company is Titan. They said I owed $250 on an old payday loan from almost two years ago. I said I couldn't pay it back at this time, but could pay it in full in December. He said no I didn't have that option and they would be serving me with a summons at my place of residence and verified my address. I live in California. Can they do this? What company is this because they don't even show up on my credit report as a collection agency--yes I just recently obtained my credit report literally 2 days ago! HELP!
