Got a call. Is it a legit?

I too dealt with this same company and had the same problems. I was contacted by a company call Mosiac Mutual, although thry Vigoal Financial symbol was on the paperwork.  I too sent about 2000.00, via Western Union. I am awaiting the "Refund" check they promised me. I have conatcted the Attorney General's office to try to get the money back. anyone else have luck with getting their refund?

Well I still haven't been able to get in touch with Vigoal Financial Services about my refund and it has been over the 30 business days now. I filed a complaint with the BBB but they said Vigoal is unreachable or out of business.  I am now in the process of contacting phone busters to see if there is any possible chance of seeing my money again.

I got the same thing, they said they would issue me a refund. Still have not recieved it and now that phone number doesn't work anybody know another number to reach them?  When i call it just says "good-bye".

I have requested a loan from them as well and have sent them the deposit of 1500 and then the inusrance of 900, now they are asking for an additional 2138.00 for a fee to have the money transferred from an off shore account to mine.   This has been nothing but a major headache and extreme amount of stress.  I say stay away form this company.   Who knows when I will get my money back!

I to received an email and phone call from them and they told me that At this point I am required to send them a collateral payment of $8,000 USD.  This deposit will be held in trust on our behalf in order to secure our loan.  The full deposit amount is held in trust for duration of 4-6 months, this is to establish an account with their company, if all loan terms are met, and we make your monthly payments consecutively for 4-6 months then they will release this payment and put it towards total cost of borrowing. The name of the company is Vigoal Financial Service and  Insurance . If you are thinking of doing busseness with them do it with all the ingesting you can by asking lots a questions and get everything on paper from them so you have their contract to fall back on.

I got a call from these guys and they seemed legit... But I don`t think its the case... I have a friend who was in need of a loan and they got him, they ask for a collateral payment to be made before you get your loan, then once you send the payment (to someone via western union, not the company) they say they `forgot`about insurance fee and brokage fee. They took about 2000 dollars from my friend and he still hasn`t received the loan. They said they will issue a refund but he has yet to receive it.

I just got a call, too.  Is this real?  SOunds like.
