phone just rings have caller ID and answering machine and I hate the number

We are sick and tired of these annoying phone calls all the time. Why are they allowed to call continuely day after day when we are on the state "Do not Call registry" and the "National Do Not Call Registry". I'm sure this number is a telemarketing firm and they should be closed down and fined "big bucks" for calling people on these registries. We don't have phones for these type of calls.

Keep getting repeated calls from this number several times per week. Rings four or five times then quits.
Caller ID days '800 Service'.

Call the number back and they give you an option to be removed from their call list.

No phone number shows up until you call back. I answered, the lady knew my last name and street. She wanted me to address envelopes to people in my neighborhood for childrens leukemia.

Get several calls a day, no messages. I called back and their announcement says it's "Leukemia and Lymphoma Society" and allows me to enter my phone number to stop receiving the call again. However, the main phone number of LLS on its website is different. So I suspect the call comes from telemarketing firms.

calls all the time/rings twice then nothing. calls come in all times,day/nite. it is really annoying. i'm reg. on the do not call list as well. please someone make it stop!!!

Please do not allow these soliciting phone calls. I do not accept. This is an invasion of privacy to all of us. We pay a phone bill and do not pay for unsolicited calls. This is against our rights to privacy.

They keep calling and never leave a message. I get these kinds of calls all the time and I am on the Wisconsin no call list and the national no call list.
