Same message as above. Caller offers reduced interest rates on high interest rate credit card balances--requesting credit card numbers and last 3 digits on back of credit card. When I asked the caller to identify the name of the company he was calling from he said, "EZ Debt Management." I quickly looked this up online while speaking with him and learned that it's a company located in the UK~ with no business ties to the U.S. I told him I didn't appreciate him trying to scam me and I don't want anymore calls. He asked me several times what site I was on...I hung up.This was a follow-up "credit counseling" phone call from a phone call I had received 20 minutes earlier from 813-999-0000. When I asked this caller to identify himself he said he was from VISA Global Customer Services. I looked up this company on the internet and they don't offer any reduced credit card interest rate programs. BEWARE

caller offers reduction for your credit card interest rates- then asks for complete 16 digit card no.and ends up asking for your last 4 digits of your social security no. or even the 3 digits on back of your card.
