Got a call from Jonathan Turner Ext 311 claiming to be from Devine Rossi & Freeman Law Offices, when I told him to send me verification he said to late he will just have to send over papers to garnish my wages. Still never said who he was representing. Scared the crap out of me so I set up a pymt schedule with ( yes I know now this was dumb). I am really facing financial hardship , husband out of work trying to make all pymts alone.. they tried to take one pymt on appointed date ..no money in account..got a call from Seth Rosenthal from the Law office of Seth Rosenthal with the same story as before...I never called back. The tried again got the amount this time never heard from them. I am going to try to put a stop to the next pymt after reading all of this...they take pymts thru the JG Processing co. I am so down I don't even have money to come to work and these people are trying to get blood from stone. Too poor to even afford to file Bankruptcy!!!! Helllllppppp! Still haven't received a promised email from them showing the payment arrangement breakdown. Tried calling but have received no answer. Yet when they didn't get the money they were able to call me back from 877-438-0775 no problem.

I have been getting phone calls from this company for about 2 months now. On 8/7/12 I was called by a guy James and he said that I need to call him back asap because I have a hearing that coming friday in my county court so I call back and when I asked to speak to James the person acted as thought he didnt know who I was talking about. He then put me on hold for a minuter then returned with saying that I was  be charged with check fraud. Let me be the first to say that I I dont use checks. So as I was talking to this guy he said that I could settled out of court right now for 800 dollar (ha ha) I then told him that I didnt have that he said so you are telling me that by me begin a women I could call some guy that would give me 800 so I wouldn't go to jail that then let me really know that is was a scam. Now on 8/21/12 i was called by a carrier service that said that I need to be home today between the hours of 12-4 to recieve legal documents and if no one was home to get them that they would come to my place of employment and give them to me at work and a manager would have to be there to witness me getting them. So I am talking to a lawyer right now to file harrasment and civil actions against this company because no one should be harrased by someone tring to get over hard working people.

Received voicemail at 6:55pm on 08-14-12.  The caller said her name was C.R. from EAG.  She said, "We have a civil matter pending against you for a supplemental hearing in county court.  At this point the only way to obsolve yourself of all legal liability is to put a deposition of intent on file.  You can do so verbally, either yourself or a power of attorney."  I called the number back at 7:20pm on 08-14-12, and spoke to P.S.  He said the name of a person I know and that I was listed as the co-signer on a $13,000.00 IRS loan.  I informed him that I did not co-sign for anyone on any loan.  He said that many people have told him that.  He said that this person was not cooperating and stole money from the government.  He said that EAG is willing the settle the loan for $2,500.00.  He told me the same thing as the original caller that I would need to appear in the county court next week, becasue they filed a civil case against me.  He also said that I needed to file a deposition of intent.  Such a threat is upsetting when you have not co-signed anything for anyone, and a company can just call you up and make such a threat.  This company has not provided any proof/documents; EAG never even sent me a letter.  They just began making threats on a matter that I have no knowledge of and had nothing to do with it.

got a call from this number saying some supplemental ___? is in her office and a supplemental hearing at court will take place. I need to call immediately to resolve this issue.

This number keeps calling me about a out standing loan I have but when this number calls my work that dont want to give any name what could I do to stop this

Called to say they were a "courrier" service P & C or PNC Courrier with documents for me to be delivered between 12-4 tomorrow and if I am not home they will come to my office and I must have two supervisors with me to collect the documents. They stated someone had listed me as a co-signer on an online loan and they were coming after me for payment.

I searched P & C Courrier and PNC Courrier and found another number listed for the group 855-832-6270 which had same info.

Called my old place of business and now my cell says they are an investigator and need a statement from me. because there are 3 fraud claims on me

Caller left message threatening to deliver documents to my place of business. Said they had tried to deliver documents to my home but no one was there.  How can I stop the harassment?
