I got a phone call that I owed 400 and if I didn't give him any credit card number they would take me to court

I got the same phone call and they keep calling at work

i got a call from nick garcia about a loan ,,,,,,,,,,,,,

His name is Joseph Garcia, he is out of Murietta, Ca. claims he is collecting from E Pay Loan.

caller ID: US Credit Agency 951-973-7777
caller identified himself as Nick Garcia and gave his number as 877-439-9261; claimed to be a collection agent trying to collect on a "money and more" loan that was opened in someone else's name in 2008; he had lot's of personal information... very troubling!

I recieved a call from this number. The guy left a message stating that he had a prize that had my name on it, and I needed to call him to recieve it. The problem is I'm not the person he's looking for. I've  called several times to let them know this but I still keep getting calls.

We're on to you DuShawn Mandic. So this is the kind of job idiots end up with. There are so many holes in your story and the voicemail I received is comical. The call was from someone who pretended to be a friend of mine initially, he only identified himself as Joe. The only Joe I know is 3, doesn't own a cell phone and goes by Joey. He then got professional but never mentioned where he was calling from or what the call was pertaining. Only that this was a courtesy call before he sent out some documents. What documents? Who is Joe? What company are you calling from? What is this in regards to? This is obviously a scam. Shame on you DuShawn Mandic!! May your entire family be infested with fleas from a thousand goats!!

Wow! I'm sooooo glad to see another bill collector pretending to be a forgetful victim err I mean debtor -- and FAILING.

Wow! I'm sooooo glad I answered the phone! I received a call from these guys telling me that I owed $1,753.52 on a pay day loan from 2008. I thought I paid it, but it turns out I didn't. They let me pay a settlement and didn't report it to my credit! Everyone at USCA was more than helpful in assisting me with my unpaid loan. They treated me with dignity and respect (which is very rare when dealing with collections).

Got a call from this number and a voicemail, called them back and spoke to Joseph who told me the call was about a delinquent payday loan through Money and More. After I told him I had paid off that collection last month he advised that they have had this issue before with Money and More not informing them that it had been paid. I faxed him a copy of the payments made and he called me back within the hour thanking me and told me it had been taken care of. He was very nice about the whole thing, just remember to keep proof of your collection payments in case of a situation like this.

Same individual called me here in Maine and while I do have an old account with this company, he cam across threatening to summons me to court over $255.00. Now that I have read the previous note, I will be cautious in dealing with him.  What company is going to pay court costs to collect $255? I will work out an arrangement with someone else other than him. Thanks for the warning.

I just received a call from em claiming its a collection agency for payday loans. Thoroughly investigate

Was told to call this number from a call received today from 951-973-7777.
They also called my son wanting him to have call this number saying I would know what it is about.
