its a debt collection agency for payday loan in NY

Any idea who could call from this phone number.

It is IAG (International Assest Group) calling you.  1-877-449-9113. They left me a message saying I needed to call them regarding a civil suit that was being filed against me and that they were going to serve me at either my home or place of employment and wanted to give me the opportunity to resovle it out of court.  The  original lender was Cash Net USA, (payday loans).  I called them and they were actually pretty nice for being a debt collector.  They reduced  the amount from $1800 to $1200 which was about the amount of the original loan. Being a single mom I told them I did not have $1200 sitting around.  We actually came to an agreement where we split the amount into two payments.  I asked for a email confirming our agreement and they sent it to me while I was on the phone...... I will never do a payday loan again!!!

these people have contacted me and told me they will come to my office to serve papers but yet they can not tell me who they are or a number to contact them!! Has anyone actually had them come to their place of employment????

These people called me this morning at 7:30 (cell phone number from riverside county) called on sat witheld number rude lady name Brittiny P said she was serving me at my residence and wanted my work, On social security  pobably from a pay day loan a year ago,  My husband and I are on SSI and Social secuity and cannot be garnishied, AIG is the company collectors and threating us a 7:33 in the morning is illegal. They need to be stopped.

They came to my office looking for me with paper work i guess. I was not there that day though

these ppl are horrible!!!!!.....i was supposed to get a summons yesterday @ my place of bus. between 8am-12pm....um.....i got nothing!!!

I recived a call from a Tina threatning a civil suit pending against me and this was my las t shot to settle the debt. Called back the person asked for the last of my social security number and case number to look up my file. He said I owed a debt for a payday that was $303.50. Now they want like $1200.00 some dollars but they we're willing to settle for $502.00 in one payment today. I told him I couldn't he said have fun in court and hung up. Has anyone dealt with this debt collector IAG. they're number is 877-449-9113.

i actually talked to them....rude, and nasty i must say too! they would not give their mailing address to me etc... i wantd to send them a letter regarding my acct there being fraud.  soooo..... i went to the att. generals office in my state and filed a harassment complaint.      also, they call u the night before stating that some guy will be coming to my place of business to summons me....um?? a real summons does NOT call u the night before.....AND...he also gave me the phone number on were i could call to find out the reason for the summons.  LOLOLOL  OK!!!  not for nothing, but the man delivering the summons is NOT allowed to even know what the packet contains, ad by law cant give u ANY info.......

They try to sound intimidating. Has anyone actually been contacted by them in person?

Nicole just called from this number stating she had papers to deliver, that some company has filed a complaint for me to call back to make arrangements or else she will come to the office and serve me.

They have been leaving me harrassing calls but they don't tell me who they are?

it was true , but i didn't even know or els i would have done something about it sooner.

This caller left on a message on my machine statnig that there is a Civil Suit being filed against me. Most of my debts are medical. I have not taken any "payday loans" or other "gimmicks" and most of my credit card debits, other than one card are over 7 years old. I don't even have a bank account.

I am disabled and am working with the State to get a part-time position with a company that works with disabled people.

The caller did not identify his company, the creditor or anything else. How can you call someone back who does not give the information needed to clear up the matter. That is my main concern. He did not identify the creditor and then said if I did not contact the party bringing the action he would come to my house or place of  employment. THis is harrassing and I will speak with an attorney about that.

He just called and sent some stuff to my work about an upcomming court case but I dont know who these people are.

Left threatening phone message stating he would be arriving at my door soon.  Message was for someone who doesn't live here and I don't know.
