They called me on my work phone, had the right name but wrong birthday (wrong day, month and year!)... At first I received a call that was automated to speak to someone and was disconnected so I called back to see what it was for and spoke to a nice gentleman but he had the wrong information.

Same here calling 2 or 3 times a week...asking for someone that doesn't sound like me at all to call them back urgently!!!!

Calling every week.. using a voice machine to say they are looking for someone that sounds not really like my name.. saying that I have to call them back urgently for my account.. I don't know you and I will not call you back.. screw you..

calling at least twice a week, using a voice machine to say something that sounds not really like my name, saying that I have to call them back urgently to "normalized my account".!!!!! Sorry guys, I don't know you and will not call you back! Somebody knows something about those guys??
