Sorry, there's no way to get your money back unless the scammers are caught and assets seized, and then you may only get back pennies on the dollar if any. Any info you've given them is in hostile hands so you need to mitigate potential future attacks - replace bank accounts, prepare for ID theft, etc., as appropriate. Then report the crime to the Internet Crime Complaint Center http://www.ic3.gov/complaint/default.aspx , the Federal Communications Commission http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm , the Federal Trade Commission https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/ and your state AG.
Read up on scams to protect yourself from criminals and always google to check up on companies before doing anything.
http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/consumer.shtm and click on the links on the left side of the page. Beware it's not very current.
http://www.pueblo.gsa.gov/scamsdesc.htm is good because they update on new scams.
http://www.crimes-of-persuasion.com/ is lengthy but definitely worth a read.

I contacted them again and they siad I had a insurance I needed to payment of 1000 before i could get my money, they siad I would have a check in a week. A week later no check. I contacted them again and they siad it was sent to wrong address they would reissue a check, and it would be here in a week. it has been over a month and I have not received my money. We have contacted them everyday for a month. they will not answer or get very rude and tell us the check is in the mail. Now when we call its a busy signal or this is not a working number. So I never get on here and post, but I thought this might be worth it.  I got a call from a William Stone telling me I was approved for the loan, I got him to fax over the forms for me to sign and send back, almost did but I am sitting here reading all of this negativity toward this Westfield Loan Center as it is stated on the top of his fax cover letter I have from them..  Anyways I never sent my money in and am now glad that I have not.  My next question is what happen to all of the post that were up on here?  I read through all of them and now half of them have been deleted, (the ones about this being a legit company and all)  Get real I almost put a good chunk of money down for this scam.  I really hope I am wrong but I have been doing my research and this is definitely part of a scam..  If its not please feel free to post at me and let me know how the company can be proven legit.
Thank you

"we dont even have you in our database?" I hope to God not because no lender should *ever* make loans to a borrower named "anonymous!" Hahahahahahaha! Not that it matters but I refuse to do business with your company for the same reason I won't jump off a tall skyscraper! Hahahahahahaha! You say your company decided not to fund the Iveys while the Iveys say they got WU to stop the transfer. I choose to believe the Iveys because I advised them to get their money back from WU before a warm body with the right name on a forged ID tries to pick up the money. But don't despair, many borrowers change their minds and all reputable lenders understand perfectly except you apparently which is strange behavior for a lender. I'll make a deal with you - if you can show by logical reasoning how your company isn't scamming people, I'll endorse your loan model, fair enough? But I have to be fully satisfied or I won't endorse, OK? You need to explain points I've raised in other parts of this thread - that advance payments for a loan before the borrower actually receives the loan are *ILLEGAL* by FTC regulation so what would exempt your company and/or loan model, that an advance fee makes no sense because it's nothing but a senseless straight return of principal with no interest component, how an $1,100 advance fee on a $10,000 loan would screen out deadbeats as claimed by poster Steve Jesup, why must borrowers Western Union the advance instead of writing a check since all reputable lenders have bank accounts while your company apparently does not, and why was the Iveys' advance going to Canada while being told it would go to NY as claimed by the Iveys? These 5 questions are just for starters, more will follow. You don't seem to understand when it comes to money, people like to be careful and the actions of your company (and their obvious posts on this thread!) are so SCAMMY! Go ahead and prove me wrong! Hahahahahahaha! And it is *SO* *UNCOOL* to suggest borrowers' personal data could be released with their permission - most would view this as a threat, and *no* reputable lender would *ever* stoop so low as to suggest it. THIS IS A SCAM.

I *know* you're a scammer posing as the real Iveys as the real Iveys said they'd killed the WU transfer and gotten their money back a few posts down, *AND* your alleged boss H.V.N-csr *confirms* it on page 1. If you gotta lie, please lie convincingly. Won't get far as a scammer until you do!

And *how* would victims get an application or figure out how to even apply if they weren't solicited in some fashion, pray tell? It's a matter of which came first, the application or the solicitation. Solicitation might be a web site, phone calls, printed flyers, internet ads, etc. Obviously one has to *see* or *hear* about it before one can apply unless you wish to claim your applicants are psychic! Hahahahahahaha! THIS IS A SCAM. For *so* many reasons ... the last one being resorting to personal attacks and threats when you've lost the debate. Dumb fudgepackling moron? Can I use that or did you copyright it?

Good. It amazes me people have no problem taking our hard earned money. A red flag went up when the agent kept calling me asking when I was going to the Western Union. And when I asked for the info up front to fill out the money gram he wouldn't. Then when he gave me a guys name and not the company to send it to...another red flag. When I told him I wasn't going to do it he threatened to sue me!!  Wow he wants to go that route?? I was hopeful it was real and let that get the best of me. I really needed that money. I have called and reported them to Western Union, my states attorney general, BBB and consumer fraud. It just makes me sick I almost sent them over $1000 and they have NO problem taking MY money and running. Do they even know what they are doing?? That would've taken food out of my kids mouth and screwed me for other bills. I am glad u 2 didn't lose out. No real business would start cursing at the potential customer.

We actually stopped the transfer and got our money before it was scammed from us.  When told we knew it was a scam, the "loan agent" got very mad and began cursing and threatening and all kinds of things.  We have gone through the appropriate channels for fraud and id theft.

WOW! Called this number (877-461-2503 ext 802) to find out about a $5000 loan I had applied for. The guy said that I was approved for a 3 year loan at 8.5% interest and my monthly payments were going to be $157.50. Okay sounding good to me so far. Then he says I need to secure the loan with prepayment of 5 months for $787.50  WTF!!! if I had money like that why in the hell would I be trying to get a loan???? I told the guy it sounded like a scam and he stated that it was not a scam and that I needed to start making good choices in life since I was in a bad spot and couldn't get a loan from a bank. I then said I was going to be making a "good choice" and hung up the phone. Places like this need to be shut down. Why can't there be a honest business out there to help hard working people who are down on their luck to get ahead a little bit. I have a child who is terminally ill and need some finacial assistance, but nobody out here wants to help without trying to scam me. Hopefully they get what they deserve!!! Wish I had read these posts prior to the call, would of saved me some time.

All I have to say is SCAM!!!!!!!!! Thanks to all the real, knowledgable people. If Western Union, The Attorney General, consumer bureau and the licensing bureau say it's a scam I believe them over the people who supposedly got a loan from them. Save your hard earned money. A good honest company will come along and help

No disrespect intended but did it ever occur to you how weird "make the transfer to a family member but send it to the North York ... change the recipient name once my loan deposit was in my bank" sounds? I hope you did not tell them your relative's name for they might forge an ID and try to pick up the money anyway. And how convenient for the scammers was it for the WU money to be headed to Canada (Canada being a favorite place for scammers)? A legit lender would *never* ask for money up front before you get your loan (read my post a few posts above yours) but if a lender had to tell you to move money to NY, it would *never* tell you to send it through Western Union, and it would *never* tell you to send it to NY if the intended target is Canada. And no legit lender is going to tell you to switch names on a WU money transfer.
I'm quite sure this is a scam. Read about a similar scam here http://800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-877-437-0343 where the scam-story's a little different but with the same end result - victims Westurn Union real money to the scammers and wait for their loan in vain. I advise to get your money back from WU immediately.

THIS IS A SCAM. THIS IS A NEW TWIST ON THE GOOD OLD-FASHIONED ADVANCED-FEE SCAM AS DESCRIBED ON THE FTC'S WEBSITE HERE http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/edu/pubs/consumer/telemarketing/tel16.shtm THAT STATES: "It is illegal for companies doing business in the U.S. by phone to promise you a loan and ask you to pay for it before they deliver." THE MONEY YOU WESTERN UNION THEM IS REAL HARD-EARNED MONEY AND MONEY SENT THROUGH WU IS IRRETRIEVABLE - YOU WILL LOSE THIS MONEY. THIS IS A SCAM. USE YOUR COMMON SENSE - BANKS/LENDERS *DO* *NOT* REQUIRE YOU TO PUT MONEY UP FRONT WHEN YOU GET A LOAN (CAR, PERSONAL, ETC.) FROM THEM. THIS IS A SCAM.
READ ABOUT A SIMILAR SCAM IN FULL SWING HERE http://800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-877-437-0343 WHERE THE SCAM-STORY USED IS A LITTLE DIFFERENT BUT WHICH HAS THE SAME END EFFECT - VICTIMS END UP SENDING REAL CASH THROUGH WU AND THEY WAIT FOR A LOAN IN VAIN. THIS IS A SCAM.
Report to the Internet Crime Complaint Center http://www.ic3.gov/complaint/default.aspx , the Federal Communications Commission http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm , the Federal Trade Commission https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/ and your state AG.

Your response is nonsensical. If the lender is fearful of lending money to deadbeats, why is it soliciting random borrowers without screening them? Your claim that requiring borrowers for money up front reduces that probability is *complete* nonsense because deadbeats look at the loan structure as an *exchange* of money - deadbeat gives lender $1,100 in exchange for $10,000 and the deadbeat is $8,900 ahead and never pays it back. Having potential deadbeats advance $1,100 to the lender for a $10,000 loan does *NOT* protect the lender from being scammed for $8,900 by each real deadbeat but it *does* cause potential deadbeats to Western Union $1,100 of irretrievable *real* money to the lender. The truth is the scammer-lender will keep the victim's $1,100 and vanish. This is just another twist of the good old-fashioned *ILLEGAL* advance-fee loan as described on the FTC's web site here http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/edu/pubs/consumer/telemarketing/tel16.shtm
Here's another similar ongoing scam where borrowers advance money for a loan that never shows up http://800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-877-437-0343

I gave this company the benefit of the doubt twice.  I made a Western Union transaction, per William Stone's instructons, to David Beckwith in New York, New York.  I called to check the status of the transfer and was told it was going to Canada.  I cancelled the transfer and got a refund.  We got a phone call from Mr. Stone stating that we will be turned over to collections and the loan will be reported negatively to the credit agencies. We called back. The agent then told me he made a mistake and the lender was actually in "North York" Canada, hence the confusion.  He said to make the transfer to a family member but send it to the North York. I could then change the recipient name once my loan deposit was in my bank.  I sent the money in my father's name, but got an awful uneasy feeling in my gut.  I called Western Union and told them exactly what I had done, step-by-step, and the agent pretty much guaranteed me it was a scam and suggested I cancel the transaction. I have not done so at the moment; however, I have put a suspension on the Western Union transfer so that no information can be changed and the money cannot be picked up until I call them from a specific phone number and provide personal information.  If the money is deposited into my account by 2 PM tomorrow, I will release the suspension.  Otherwise, I will receive a refund from Western Union.  This way the lender can verify that the down payment is available, but I will not lose my investment until I know the offer is legitimate.

FYI-the company has no internet presence other than a website with no contact information and anonymous comments.  When checking the address via maps.com with bird's eye and aerial views, all I see on Pawtucket Avenue are residential homes.  411 information does have a phone number available, however.

The good thing is that every fake positive post they put here makes them look more phony and ridiculous. Any sane person knows a legitimate loan company NEVER asks for advance payment. The Federal Trade Commission will tell you that too.

Geez these scammer are busy on this site. At least it means they're not on the phone stealing money when they're lying on line. These "positive" posts are made within minutes of each other, with the scammers answering themselves. Just another way scammers try to use this site because they think they're smarter than the honest people who come here -- when just the opposite is true.

Do an internet search on UPFRONT FEE LOAN SCAM.

These people are criminals plain and simple.
