Received a call at dinner time yesterday just as we all sat down to eat. Caller ID said "Unknown". It was a recorded message telling me that this organization (Dogwood Initiative) would be calling back again this evening at the same time and babbled some stuff that I just hung up on. It tied up the line for another couple of minutes.

This CAN'T be a legitimate organization. Our number is on the DO NOT CALL LIST and still we get this garbage. They have convinced us that any calls displaying "Unknown",  "Not Available" or some other such useless description in the Caller ID will not be answered.

I returned the phone call to the 1 877-464-0412 and it says " You have reached Dogwood Initiative, sorry we have missed your call.  Please leave a message."  I did not.  

4 times in the last 2 days they've called my cell phone. Didn't answer

It seems to me that some people put themselves in the hands of harassing phone calls. Maybe they are lonely??   Personally I don'y give them one second of my time if I don't recognize the number or they do not display who they are then I don't care who they are.

I have had multiple calls, one of which I answered. They wanted a monthly donation, and to be honest, what they asked for, I couldn't afford. When I said that, I was given the option of paying less, but was told the original amount "only works out to $x per day." Well..........look at how many times the health services premium has gone up in the past 5 years, higher tax, 1% pay raise if you are fortunate. They may have had more luck just asking for a one-off donation, but monthly just can't be done. I am going to see if I can block this number on my cell phone, otherwise I won't be so polite in the future.
I *think* you can request that they do not call again and they have to adhere to that. If not, let's tell the media!

Phoned here twice while I was out. This was an unsolicted call and if it continues it will be reported to the CRTC - "No Call List"....

This is Dogwood Initiatives: http://dogwoodinitiative.org/. I signed a petition online and to receive emails from them. I had not given them permission to call me at home.

I signed the stupid F**** petition at Change.org about fresh water fracking/dogwood initiative, and they npw call NUMEROUS times a day, EVERY day from THIS automated line! It's GARBAGE! I wish I could spread the word on this. To Warn people to NOT sign this petition, or if you do, add a FAKE number! This is harrassment!! There's no way I've yet found to take my name off this autocall list, I've written and tried calling the dogwood initiative to zero response!

Called it back after missing several calls,message said "thank you for calling Dogwood Initiative..." then listed several options including staff directory and to make a donation...

This is a telemarketing number - currently used for the Dogwood Initiative.

It rang and then ended the call before I got to it.
