The Supreme Court never said lying was protected speech, if they had have, we would have had to evaluate their fitness to be sitting on the Supreme Court.

If you just did not lie, you could do this legally and keep as much as 99% of the money, but you have chosen to lie, so you cant do this anymore.
http://www.charitywatch.org/hottopics/vietnow.html

We believe very deeply in the 14th Amendment equal application of law, such as, if you commit the same crime that a court has told another man is illegal, you are going to get the same treatment, it is a protection, but we are utilizing it on you as a weapon. How do you like the irony of that? Your very existence is offensive to the United States Constitution

Courts all across this land have said with one voice that the techniques Mitch Gold employed and you are using are illegal. They were illegal for Mitch Gold to use and they are illegal for David Keezer and Scott Pacsh to use, they were illegal for Duane Kolve to use and they are illegal for you to use.

You have chosen not to abide the laws we have all agreed to abide by, you have chosen to disrespect and circumvent the lawful orders of lawful Courts.

Since you wont listen to the Courts, we bet you will listen to us.

Watch out the Fraudulent Fundraising Tactics of Mitch Gold have returned for yet one more round of taking the money you try to give to the families of officers killed in the line of duty

Here are some videos about what the inside of a telefundraising office is like, and these are the people that are calling you, you should be outraged

Here are a few caught and wanted

In other words

Do NOT give this group anything and pick up the phone and call your local police and sheriff department so they can issue a warning to your neighbors so they dont get ripped off either

No kidding, they count on you to not report them thinking its no big deal, but it is a big deal, it is a very big deal as millions of dollars a year are being taken from the families of officers killed in the line of duty.

http://www.pfcl.org/Badge_Fraud_Videos.html

They must be stopped, tell your neighbors and friends and co workers that this scam is happening in your community, email them the links above so they can know it is happening and defend themselves from being conned in the name of officers killed in the line of duty

No they do not and they never will if the people at badgefruad.org have their way. Please forward any tips to tips@pfcl.org The Badge Fraud Reporting Tip Line, the techniques they are using have been proven in many states to be deceptive and fraudulent.

Officer Down Foundation - the gentlemen that called was very insistent that I give him my credit card information.  He insisted it was sooo much safer for me to give him my credit card number than for me to mail a check.  REALLY?  How stupid did he think I was?  Anyway, I've received several requests via mail for $25.00 but I'm not sending them any money.  They do have a website www.officerdownfoundation.org but it has very little information regarding what they do.  They say they help with Post Tramatic Stress Disorder, but something like that would be covered under the officer's health insurance.  And like that's not something that the police/fire departments don't deal with on a regular basis?  I'm sure they have onstaff psychologists immediately available.  How much "good" this organization does is questionable to me.  They must be relatively new because the BBB says the foundation has submitted paper work to be evaluated, but the BBB has not yet completed their evalution.

I was told the smallest donation I could make was $ 15. That should have been a clue, since other valid organizations have taken as little as $ 5 from me when I donated! I actually received an invoice from them today. I will not mail the check.

I just called the Baltimore Police Dept.  They are unable to access any information on the Officer Down Foundation.  The legit organization can be found at http://www.odmp.org/  So if you truly want to help our Police officer's , do not give to the Officer Down Foundation, but to the Officer Down Memorial.
