This number keep calling seven days a week it a scam

Called over 200 times
noone answers.

You can - but only after you have written to them, telling them to stop contacting you. There's a great Word .doc template for a cease & desist template from Texas Tech University - and several other similar ones available online. I typed used the search phrase "cease & desist letter debt collector template" & found several along with instructions on how to send it & what to do afterwards. It is abusive - and you do have rights, even when you're struggling to clear your debt - or just make ends meet.

Stop calling my house you are an annoyance

Keep receiving calls from this number, at work, when I pick up to answer there is no response. They don't leave a message on my  voice mail either when I divert the call to voice mail. It is annoying because I answer thinking it is a client calling only to have "dead air" when I pick up. They need to stop calling!!

Been called early am to late late pm and they will not leave message. I will not pay by using what little mins. I have if they are not going to leave a message so I can return the call at a time that will not cost to call! I don't know if they are selling or scamming! I get calls all the time from solicitors trying to sell everything and don't take no for a answer! Five to eight a day is harassment ! How do you block 800 numbers? I wish they would leave a message and give me freedom to call back who I want to talk too! I have no idea who they are and what they want, since they don't leave a message.

Please discontinue calls. We are medical treated seniors. These calls are aggravated and disturbing.

I just received 2 of these calls in less than 10 minutes apart. There must be someway to stop them.

They are associated with GE.....I have told them several times that we are consolidating and closing all accounts and they would get paid by our counselor. But they insist on calling several times a day at all hours.....get real people. I told you in English. Could that be what is wrong? They don't understand English?? Quit calling

This person calls all day long will not leave a message. Then call back late at night  will not say any thing. Call all day Monday - Sunday. Please help !to stop harassment!

This little dirt bag is trying to keep up with the big boys, GE, NCO etc.  trying to make a name for their selves  at our expense.  Even if I won the $300.million lottery I would never send anything to this little dirt bag but would hire a dozen lawyers to file law suits against them.  They will continue their illegal actions until they lose a couple law suits.

Still receiving calls from Allied Interstate.  They do not know what they are doing but they are good at harrassing people.  Must have got their training from GE.  I know for a fact  they get alot of info from GE,sort of a poor lacky of GE.  Only  way to stop them is to file a complaint to the FTC and hope that they  finally take some action against the collection agencies that are harrassing people.  I do not mean legal calls but the excessive and other dirty tricks by Allied Interstate and their Mother, GE.  I hoping sometime in my life time, that FTC will start doing their job.  What good is paying them tax dollars, for what?

Another flunkie of GE I think.   No way to stop them maybe get proof that are calling out of the time  zone they are suppose to and forward all details to the FTC.  Doubt it would help though I think maybe FTC gets hundreds of complaints against them but they continue to do it, so FTC does not care what they do.  Get a lawyer and file a law suit for harrassment but no sure even if this would work.   Suggest everyone keep submitting complaints to FTC maybe someday they will take some action, maybe 20 years from now.

Still calling me 7 days a week, on cell phone and regular phone, no way to stop them , pay them off even you do not owe them or know what they are talking about.  Use very unlegal tactics.  They do not care as paying off law suits is just part of doing illegal business with them.  Forget about FTC as they will  NOT do anything.  I think they know I have been making posts about their tactics as lately their calls have increased alot.Do not care anyway as probably going to have to suit them for harassement.  I know they have a legal right to try and collect on bills, but it is just their tactics which are illegal.  I think they are connected to other bill collectors and probably work together to harrass people.  No use in trying to reason with this dirt bag debt collector, as it just a waste of time.  Try to collect enough info on  their illegal ways  and see a lawyer.

Allied Interstate debt collector, calling to keep calling with their dirty,illegal tricks until FTC does something about debt collector harrassing, breaking laws.  If you or I did something that these debt collectors do, we would be put in jail.  Allied Interstate may be a off spring or connected   to GE  not sure.  Maybe when another of those dirt bags get tired of calling they give the account to another terrible dirt bag.  I know it is legal to try to collect a debt, but when you have a wrong numer or calling for the person that does not live there anymore, let up a little, or at least follow the laws.  There is no stopping  them   unless you file a law suit or the FTC finally does their job which is not going to happen anytime soon.

This caller has called 10 times a day for the past two weeks and has not left a message

Please stop calling this number, 5 x's a day is too much!!  And I call back and no one is there.

Calls up to 8 times a day 7 days a week!

Lucky for me my hearing loss does not pick up the ring but this number has been on my caller ID for weeks
and weeks. No outstanding debt anywhere,no idea who it is. The FCC is a waste of time tried E-Mailing them
they just ignore you. Yes calls do start early and into the night!

I can't take these calls anymore.  They call several times a day every day.  I put a complaint in to the "Do Not Call" Registry but they do nothing about it.

same as everyone else, i get calls on my  land & cell lines   mutiple times a day. when i do call them back  i get the 3rd degree asking  for my information  on who i am  finally got to a supervisor and  was given same run around. seriuosly is this some kind of joke to them i am i am sick of this. asked them to remove my number  if i get one more call i am filing harassment charges

This # calls me 6 times a day.  Annoying!  Stop it!

They are harassing me and won't tell me who they are. They asked if such and such date was my birthday and i refused to confirm it. They were very rude. And after repeated attempts to get the companies name the heavily accented women hung up on me.

This is a 3rd party collection agency used by Capital One..they called me 70 times in a one week period.  I just got off the phone with Capital One who stated to me that  "You account is NOT in Collections"...I then stated then why is YOUR 3rd party agency calling me about my account?  The guy from Capital One was extremely nice and professional and actually got Allied Interstate on the phone for me and they removed my number from the Automatic Dialer that they use to make thier phone calls.  As a person who worked in collections for many years, I explained some of the collection laws to Allied Interstate, especially the ones on Harassment...The gal I spoke to was very apologetic and removed my number from the automatic dialer...we shall see if this works or not...fingers are crossed over here...

THIS COMPANY CALLED MY HUSBAND CELL ABOUT 5 TO 6 TIMES A DAY.LAST WEEK SPOKE WITH SOMEBODY FROM THAT COMPANY ,IM LET HE KNOW THAT,S ENOUGH FROM COMPANY CALL,BUT STILL CALLING AT ANY TIME.HOW CAN REPORT THIS PEOPLE TO STOP CALLING?

This number calls us every day at least 3 or 4 times. We do not have debt and do not want to talk to them but they keep harrassing us. We finally blocked the number but that hasn't stopped the calls.

This is Allied Interstate Collection Agency who is collecting for JC Penny's.

You can report them to the Attorney Generals Office. Call them and log a complaint. or send them an email.

called regarding an account that is perfectly fine...funny thing claim to be GE Capital but when I called back found out who they were.  claimed I owed money - called JC Penney and they stated everything was fine and they did not authorize the call! Don't give out any info!!
