Uh, yeah ... There were two comments here when you arrived and mine answers your question. It's times like this I don't know why I bother contributing.
In general, you get on a paper trail and make your demands for validation and/or call cessation via USPS Certified with return card. State and federal laws will guide you. (... or provincial law if you're up in Canada)

There is nothing "supposed" about Allied Interstate / iQor, a major debt buyer and collector which has used Indian call centers for years now. Under the FDCPA, a debt collection agency cannot be caught talking to the wrong person. That's the reason for all the authentication. AI traffics in junk debt accounts, which are often riddled with old or incorrect data.
If you might be liable for a debt, AI now needs to get a dunning letter out to you promptly. If this is skip tracing for a stranger, a cease-comm letter is a best response. If your "early AM" calls were prior to 08:00 in your time zone, you have legal violations to kindle a lawsuit.
Learn how to exercise your FDCPA rights as an alleged debtor at FTC-dot-gov.

Calls EVERY day at 8:00 a.m. No message. I don't owe any debts, no mortgage, no credit cards, no car loan, and have not for many years, and paid them all on time when I did. These calls are a total nuisance.

I rec'd 2 early AM calls with voice messages. The partial messages (1st red flag) did not identify a company, just a Ref#. When I called back, the automated system identified as Allied Interstate, a supposed debt collection company. After entering the Ref#, I was transferred to a man with a thick Indian or Pakistani accent who asked me to verify my address. I told him I would NOT give him any information- but he said we have your address, can you verify it? He then repeated the correct four digits of a previous address but couldn't provide more than the 1st two letters of the street and called it a something-highway... it was a street.
I told him I did not recognize that, and when he asked if I ever lived there I repeated that I did not recognize it. He then said, we will remove your number. He never would answer my question as to whom the collection was owed, so I can only assume it was an off-shore fishing scam.
Sorry, dude... too smart for you.
