A company that sells some kind of voice calls and messaging services,  text, mobile messaging, voicemails, so you can phone spam folks.

harrassing phone calls with false information at left work and home and family member. Information that should not be left with anyone but the person they aRE TRYING TO CONTACT.

Daniella called my 83 year old Mother (who has Alzhiemers, two of my nephews, seven or eight extended relatives of other family members, my home, and left numerous messages about wanting to serve some papers to a third nephew (Matt).  I called and told them to take every person off the list except for Matt and to not disturb any of them.  She would not give me a company name other than just American, would not give me an address, would not give me a supervisor or any other information.  She was rude and continued to talk over me and not let me make my point and was just totally unprofessional.

A called was my to my auntie on Monday Dec. !9, 2001. she was told that there was a warrant for my arrest and I need to contac them as soon as possible.Called the number back got a recording than a live agent.She said she was collcting for a company I had a payday loan with nad I need to make arrangements today to keep from being served papers on my job.I informed here that i didn't have a debit card,she told me to use a family member or buy a prpaid card from walmart.I had 2hrs and she will call me back for my card info.Sorry people stop beating people out of there money and get a job and make your own.

I wouldn't be too worried about this number. They tried to tell me that deputies had been sent to my house for "check fraud" related to a payday loan from years ago (I paid it off and the company kept trying to draft from my account, so I had my bank freeze the account). I was scared at first but he gave his lies away with phrases like "I don't usually do this but here is their number, maybe you can settle it out of court." and "you owe $1,800 but my boss said we could settle for $600.00."

They also said they had documentation from my bank. My bank confirmed that they would NEVER send any documentation to someone without a subpeona. I will wait to see what happens and post results here but I'd be willing to bet all the tea in China that it's just a scare tactic from a disreputable collection agency.

If they really had a leg to stand on, they would serve you with papers, see you in court and be done with it. SCAM, don't be intimidated!

Do you know who belongs to this #? They gave me the name American, they claim not to be a collection agency, "a processing company for legal action."  The # is 877-499-7012. I'm trying to identify who they really are.
