Was a collections dept of a local hospital, Trinity Mother Francis, after being on hold for over 5 minutes with a "please hold, your call is very important to us" message repeated over and over, someone finally came on and asked if I was ___ ___ ___, replied yes I am, she said she was calling on a 21.40 bill that I received last month, from November 8th, before I could reply she said oh I see there is a zero balance on this account, is there anything else I can do for you today? I said yes, get me back the 10 minutes I just wasted on this dumb-a** phone call!!!
