All  trying to do is get the number to the corporate office. I had ask the customer service agent to speak to his supervisor and he told me he didn't think I needed to speak to his supervisor then I told him I didn't ask him if needed to. So I had asked him again to let me speak to his supervisor. And he hung up one. So does anyone the number to their corporate office. I would appreciate it.

Send them a certified or return receipt cease and desist via US mail.

they call ever hour on the hour from 7 am to 930 pm and they dont stop they dont tell you who they are looking for and then all they do is laugh and laugh some more this is not funny no more time to file a class action law suit agaisnt this company for 1 billion dollar to get it to stop

I have never bought anyhting from Fingerhut however I continously receiving rom calls friom fingerhut. THe CSR on the line identifies hreself as Fingerhut rep and want Jacob Smith. I have even left msgs at your aorporate office to no avail. My next step is to contact an attry to find out from options. The American woman I spke with last night says u have no record of any calls to us. Imagine that, not surprising. My cell was called 9 times yesterday. R u going to pay for those minutes? Or my time at work that I was disrupted having to repeatedly telling these non-american women that I am not Jacob Smith? I am having my wifecall your office today, I suggest you get something figured out as to removing my number from your database all together asap. I will contact a lawyer the next call I receive.

Enough is enough,  Nobody will listen to me, so let account go to collectionsl so i can afford to make payments.
You guys harrassed me nearly everyday for one year, eventhough i had insurance.  Now that the insurance is over, I have a penalty of raised payments.  The people that call me are nasty and hang up on me, not to mention i do not understand them.

You need to contact the credit bureau and report this as an error on your report.  Fingerhut will then be responsible for clearing the erroneous report and reporting the correct information.  Go to the credit bureau website and it will tell you how to file a report.

I called fingerhut, because when my bill came in they charged me interest and also a fee for safeline plus fee. First I did not ask for safeline plus. They did give me credit. But as far as the interest we went to war. When I placed my order the catalog said no payment& no interest till May.Thanks for the corp office number. I called them and she said she will turn it over to someone high in the line. Lets see what happens now.

this  people are so annoying... they are making 100 phone calls a day. you talk one representative--another is calling within 10 minute interval and with same risen ...i both bed  from them, they send me the broken one. they made return impossible, because box was open..of course it would be open, how could i see without it. i was asking them discount. they didn't gave me any. soon i lost my job and i ask them payment plan. they gave me payment plan -- i let them to take every month $100 from my account automatically, because i travel a lot and not always able to make payment on time. i thought   i had take  care of it. now they are blowing up my cell phone and telling me , like i have few month unpaid bill and plus late fees. why they didn't call me right first month when they couldn't take money if it was really a problem?  i call my bank--they say it's absurd, because every other credit card companies are taking their payments without no problem. this people are most annoying credit company with poor broken system inside.

I'm not ok this is causing my credit points lower.    THese people need investigated.

Calls every morning at 7:30 am. Does not leave message. Does not answer.

I have recently started getting calls from this number and because I don't recognize it, I don't answer.  No message is left.  If it is Fingerhut, why are they calling?  My account is current with them.  Pain in the buttocks!!!!!

If the area code on your phone matches the time zone that you are in, then it is illegal to place collection calls any other time but from 8 am til 9 pm; however, if you have moved into another time zone and have maintained an area code on your phone for a previous time zone the company has no obligation to cease calls prior to 8 am until notified. If the company has been notified, particulaly in writing and continue to make calls outside of 8 am til 9 pm, you have a case against them.

Continuous harassment about my bill, which is paid up.  Call three to four times a day and no one is there and you are supposed to hold.  If you are not on the phone when I answer, I don't wait for someone.  Fingerhut is bad about continuous calls no matter how much you owe or what status your bill is in.  I now throw their catalogs in the trash.

These people have called me several times, I don't even have a Fingerhut account.  They never leave a message, I've also been called by them from (209)320-9658 which shows up as a Stockton, CA number on my iPhone.

They have been calling me for weeks for somebody who had this number before me. I received two calls yesterday and one today and they promise to take me off their list. Appearently they don't.

I keep getting calls from this number and there is a recording that says please hold on, please hold on, please hold on, etc. etc. etc. I want these callls to stop!

I called Fingerhut Corporate office at 952-656-3700 chose the directory by name option and then pressed zero. The woman, Katy, took the name of the person the callers were looking for and promised to follow and have someone call me back. I will let you know what happens

Some lady called me and apologised and said that she would have my name taken off the list, but that I might get one more call because they couldn't reprogram the dialer for today. That was yesterday and I haven't received any more calls.

GET CALLS FROM VARIOUS AND SUNDRY 1-877, 1-800, ETC. - FOUND IT IS FROM FINGERHUT AND THEY PARTNERED WITH SOME JEWELRY OUTLET.  I DID ORDER, FIRST ITEM BROKE, PAID THE "ONLY 6.98" FOR IT - THOUGHT THAT WAS THE END OF IT, BUT I STILL RECEIVE CALLS FROM SEVERAL DIFFERENT NUMBERS.  ALL HAVE TO DO WITH FINGERHUT.  AND I OWE THEM NOTHING, NADA, ZERO, BLAHHH

I do not owe Fingerhut anything. I pay them in 30 days.

pretty sure this is Fingerhut. Since they refuse to stop calling although our account is up to date I am not doing business with them anymore.
