EVERY morning this number calls my place of business and EVERYTIME THEY hang up, or theres not a response! So extremely irritating!!!!!!!!! My business isnt even open when they call, not a good way to start my day. If this is time warner, ill be sure to NEVER USE THEIR SERVICE, personally or business!

With all due respect to the various posters, when is the message going to get through that the national "Do Not Call" list is a joke and is totally meaningless. By the time you eliminate the supposed "charitable" organizations that are exempt, the companies with which you have already had at least a remote business dealing - which are also exempt - the alleged "survey groups" which are also exempt, and the automatic robo-calls from who knows where, you are just frustrating yourself by filing these complaints, because nothing will ever happen.  Just buy an answering machine, subscribe to Caller-ID and don't answer the phone.  If the caller doen't leave a message stating their business, delete it and move on.  This will solve the problem.

I answered the phone.  There was a long silence, then they hung up.

They called our office today and when we answered they said they were from TWC Business class and wanted to sell us their services.  They are a telemarketing group hired by TWC and apparently do not have an updated list of phone numbers to call since we have been a client of TWC Business class for at least 15 years.

Calls everyday and when I answer its silence.

Answered call. They promptly hung up.  Jerks

THEY CALL SEVERAL TIMES A DAY, WHEN I ANSWER NOBODY RESPONDS

They call just about every day. I rarely answer the phones but after reading posts I wanted to answer & tell them to stop calling but every time I answer, they hang up! I called back and got a very generic voice message 'we cannot take your call. Please leave your message with the persons name you want to talk to.'
I left a message since its work stuff. Think I'll call Time Warner Cable tomorrow & ask if it is a company they've hired. I will post back.

They have been calling here several times for weeks.   I entered their number and found it was Time Warner whom I discontinued a while back in favor of AT&T.   I may answer the next one so I can tell the jerk who continues to call that he too may want to consider something other than Time Warner.

They called our store & said fu then hung up. Very strange

repeated calls from this number at my place of employment - they hang up when I answer.

Called my CELL phone, I didn't answer, they left no message.

If it was a cold call...it was an illegal call because my cell number is on the do not call list...like they would care.

They called asking if we were interested in Time Warner Phone Service.  AFter I told them what city we are in, they don't even have service in our area.  Informed me that we can put a deposit down and when service becomes available we can be first on the list for only $ 250 deposit.  Sounds fishy to me.

they say they are from Time Warner Cable and trying to sell telephone service.  They can't even do the internet part right, so why would I add them as my telephone provider ?

Received a call from this number- no message left. Called back and was thanked for calling the business office -but no name, company details etc. This is another nuisance call.

Received a call from this number from "Time Warner Cable Business Class" on 3/12/12.  They signed me up and I haven't heard back from them.  Now they're always on the phone and I get voicemail right away.
