I don't know this is taking money out of my account and I cant get any information. I want my money put back in my account.

This number is for the LGE Community Credit Union. They offer Hospital Accident Protection (HAP) through Federal Insurance Company.

This is accidental insurance taken out at my bank.  I called the number and told them they needed to put some information with the phone number and they said the bank should be the one to do that.

I never authorized this money to be taken from my Debit Account.  If I do not get the money back into my Debit, my Bank will dispute this.  I should sue, because that was a terrible inconvenience for me to have that money taken out when my financial situation is low to begin with!!  How can people be so evil??????

just noticed they are taking $10.25 out of my bank account. I called the number and it is an insurance company. Not sure which one or what type. Have to call tomorrow during business hours. just telling me I reached the customer service center and asked if I was calling about my current insurance coverage.

A debit charge from this telephone number mysteriously appeared on an old account of mine that had been inactive for 5 months. I have never heard of this "insurance company," nor did I authorize any payments to them. Unfortunately, since the account has been inactive for so long, my bank is "investigating the case" to make sure I'm not trying to fraudulently steal money. This is as much a caution against this notorious phone number as it is a warning to never use Commerce Bank.

Who is this and why want you say your name stop taking money out of my accout or i will turning you over to whom ever to take care of you and get my money back so put back what you took from me.

It is a life insurance company.
