Well, as all of you both myself and the person I own the time share with got letters. I have been burned b4 and had timeshare listed for 5 years with a Century 21 office and nothing. Juts ignore this letter as i is just another fraud. The people go to the title office and get the names of who owns time shares in Orlando.

I was able to pull up this website: www.resortowners.com . However, I called the UPS office that their address goes to and they said this company used to have a post office address there. They have buckets of mail for them. They are looking for them because of mail fraud.

I got the same notice in mail and called the number. when I requested more information about the company i was informed I could go to www.resortowners.com (no such web site).
It sounds like they are a company that buys timeshares from those who want out...I am sure at a rock bottom price so they can resell them.
