My family received a call from 877-522-6209 from a D Stewart stating that I had charges filed against me yesterday and that they were going to issue a summons for a court appearance - any truth to this?

I spoke with John Gregory, and asked him for proof of debt. He tried the whole "we're not going to be sending that out, that should have been sent out long ago." from a debt I am supposed to have from 2009. He said that I am due to be served. I'll be waiting.
