There's no other possible way to contact a debtor's parent unless the phone number was provided to a creditor on an application as a reference. Pay the bill if you owe it, it's the only reason why the collection agency is calling for you in the first place.

Used parent name as a reference - but this was not true.

this call is from a collection agency....they are calling your friends because you listed them on an application for a fast cash loan or payday loan you took out in the past. The actual company name is Global Debt Management.

They have been calling friend of mine stating that I have given them their name as a reference.
