If they're hitting US up for another loan at the ends of our current loans they want to keep up the interest revenue. Stay current on your current car loan to the end. They may turn to reposession quicker now that principle is closer to what they can get at auction.

Incorrectly pronounced my last name.   How hard is it to say "Ramsey".    Ask for me and Joseph.  Both are listed on the car note.    Even though we both reside here,  I told them "Wrong number".    Apparently,  this is about refinancing.  Why would I want another payment,  stretched out for how many years?   My goal is to have this loan paid off by December.   This loan is already 5 years old and I am tired of paying on it.  They probably want me to pay longer on it.  I owe far less then what the car is worth,  but it looks like they want to change this prospect.  Not interested.

Got a call from this number, too.  Refinance with Santander?  Yeah right!  This company is horrible and I can't wait until my loan is paid in 16 months.  Worst company I have ever dealt with.

You are right.  I was just contacted to borrow money to lower my payment.  Good tactic but not a good financial strategy for me.

I have a car loan from Santander, it is current and has less then 10 months left on the note
I am getting calls from them to refinance and lower my payment, I said no to that, I would rather have no payment in 9 months then have a lower payment for another 5 years.

My point is that this number is not just for collections anymore

This number calls my cell phone and my home phone numbers. They won't leave a message on either line. I have no idea who this is, but I'm getting Sick and Tired of the harrassment. Does anyone have any idea what company or entity who thinks it's a company is?
