No one their when answered and when I call back I get an error #6408 on Skype, and when I used my cell the call just doesn't go through.  According to the operator, this is not an active number?  This smells of something rotten.

This number keeps bugging me, too.  Along with 3 or 4 other 8xx and 9xx type numbers each day.  How come the Federal Do Not Call system doesn't stop them?

I get at least two calls a day from this phone number...when I answer the phone there is no one there...who is this and how do I keep them from calling?
