Calls almost everyday and never leaves a message. If you call them back you have to sit on hold forever. Not sure who it is but wish they would stop calling.

Calls me every day not leaving a message. Once I answered and a rep hassled me saying I had something called comcast. They wanted me to tell them my s.s. And I refused and the got really mad.

I have no idea, because when I answer it is a recording saying "thank you for calling, a representative will be with you shortly" and then it disconnects me! Frustrating since they called me, not the other way around!
