yes, SSN are issued by state so if you have the last for SSN know about when the person was born and what state the SSN (probably birth state) that gives you a range for the first three numbers, the second two are another predetermined code then you have a good possibly of figuring out the SSN since the last 4 digits are the only thing that is not predetermined. since you now have roughtly 300 numbers to work with.
Do a search for now SSNs are created.

Didn't answer, guess I shoudl next time for Comcast.  ask them if they can give me a better deal than free tv from my broadcast antennae that i've had for over a decade.

I got a call today from this number.  Did not answer, and they did not leave a message.

I got a call today, they said doing promotional offer from Comcast, asked my address(I asked them what they have, they told me the correct address), Also they asked my Social last 4 digits. They also told me what plan I'm in now, offered me new plans and finally said I'm not eligilble since I'm existing customer.

For me it sounds like 50-50....

Can anyone do anything with last 4 digit ??

Got two calls from this number - 5 minutes apart.
Didn't answer either one and no message was left.

They said they were comcast doing a promotional offer. Said I would need to give my social security number and pay a deposit thats when I hung up. Sounds like a major scam to me, I recommend People stay away from it.

Answered the call and they said it is customer satisfaction survey from COMCAST

Call was from Comcast.

Also got a call from this number. I didn't pick up, probably some spam.
