This company called my job several times regarding a court case.They have all my information,even my ss#.They said they were with Continental APLC. They left a case # and said they will be taking me to court.I would like to know is this a scam?

They have been calling me.

I agreed to pay this but  because Im not working, they claim they are taking me to court.

I have no idea what debt they are talking about.  It was so long ago, I have no idea,.

I received a voicemail from someone named Kim Ross. She said she needed to verify my address and place of work regarding a lawsuit. She said I needed to call 1-877-544-4107 and respond with the case number she gave me. At the end she said "(muffled name) you have now been notified". It was hard to make out the name she said but it sounded no where near mine. My voicemail greeting is just the standard greeting that states my number only. I thought it was a red flag that she did not begin her message by stating who the message was for in case it was not the correct number since my greeting does not give that information. It could be they called the wrong number but something about it seemed like a scam.

has anyone received a call from this number with a name of Jon Graham.   I would like to know if this is a true scam i personally think it is.
