Ok, I did the following -

answered no for confirmation of my address
when asked how many I needed, I answered 0#
Immediately got a person on the line.

I told her this:

I am on the Federal Do Not Call List.  I have received 8 calls from you in the last 3 days.  You are required BY LAW to remove my number.

Before I could finish she said "I will remove your number right now."

I got her name and a return number to contact HER if it was not removed immediately.

877-321-4144 in case any of you want to call go off the handle at them.  Good luck.  I don't know if it will work but I was about ready to kill them when they called me 3 times in the course of 10 minutes!  On my PERSONAL cell phone.  Wow.

*** Yes I have reported them to the FCC and the Do not Call site.

Yep, very pesty phone calls. Calling every day for the last week, literally. I finally returned the call and got a automated voice mail. When the voice mail comes on you will be prompted to push, #1, #2, or #3. Number three is to be removed from the list and placed on the DO NOT CALL LIST.

I hope this does it. If not, I will move this on to the State Attorneys office.

I keep getting calls from these clowns everyday for the past week even though I have no interest in their service. The stupid machine even left a message on my voicemail when I didn't pick up! I really need one of these phone spiders from "Aqua Team Hunger Force" that, upon receiving a telemarketing call like this, you send one through the line that will attack the sender on the other side.

Someone at another site posted this link:  http://www.fcc.gov/complaints

It only takes a few minutes to file a "formal" complaint on-line via the above link.
I used it, and here is what I reported, quoting others who reported to that other phone spam directory:

I've been getting a robocall at least twice per day for over a week now. Ignore call & it fills voicemail system. Poor sound quality indicates they are using IP phone technology.

My complaint is exactly the same as numerous others found at:
http://whocallsme.com/Phone-Number.aspx/8775476641#p259369513530871581

For example:

> This is not a state or federal business. They are scammers who like to stress the term 'government MANDATED' posters to make it sound like we are ordered by law to purchase them.

> SCAM! Some pre-recorded message about labor posters that are ready to ship to our address. Bogus, we never ordered anything.

> Pre-recorded message about Labor Posters (all of which can be downloaded for free).  They call EVERY DAY and when I stayed on the line and asked to be removed they stated they would but did not.

> They have called me 5 times now... robo style.
Any idea how to stop this... or have the individuals burned at the stake? pubic stoning?...

@Susan, The FCC wont do anything unless they get a lot of formal complaints.
These scammers know that. Its part of their "business" plan.

What makes you think a scam operation like this would honor a request be removed from their database?
Do you "work" for them?

This company has called at  least once a day for the past two weeks - on top of the annoyance of their messages the messages are so "static-y" it was difficult to figure out if they were a legitimate company at first.

Here is what you need to do:

1. Click here to see the company:

http://www.laborlawposterservice.com/contact

Sure, you can call them and ask to be removed from their call list. BUT... I would take it further as they have called me way too many times. After you have done this, click here:

http://www.michigan.gov/ag/

This is the Michigan Attorney General's Office website. Once there, on the left side, click on "File a Complaint" (It's a BIG RED BUTTON).

The second paragraph states "Consumer Do-Not-Call Complaint Filing Information", click on this.

Half way down this page under the section "On-Line Filing Instructions", click on "On-line Consumer Do-Not-Call Complaint"

Fill this out and AWAY WE GO! Give them a taste of their own medicine.

Hope this helps.

This number 877-547-6641 has called me at least once a day for a week now. Ridiculous! I finally called back and the recording said it was the labor law poster service. I don't even have any employees. However it did give me an option to be removed from the list, so hopefully it works!

I am a one person office. I received the call this morning. The number came in listed as Toll Free 547-6641, with no area code. I let it go to voice mail, and the message said that my 2012 poster were ready to ship, and to verify my address. I call the the number, without the area code. and was told that the number had been disconnected. I had heard from some of my clients that they had received this type of call, and the call had been answered by an employee. The employee verified the address, and the business was sent posters, and a large bill, for posters that businesses are required to have, but can be obtained for free from the requiring agencies.

I called the number back and listened to the options.  Option number three was for being placed on their "do not call" list so that's what I picked.  We'll see if it works.

Have received three automated calls to my cell number that I do not want. Because there is no voice and it is leaving a message on my phone, I have no way to tell them to stop. It is costing me phone minutes, money, angst.

I have been getting these calls. Do not answer the phone. After they leave a message call them back. You will get a recording that includes an option (press 3) to be removed from the call list.
Good luck.

They call daily and it is very annoying, as we are on a DNC list. I do not answer the calls and like the others the message says that my posters are ready and to press 1 to accept and 2 to refuse.
