Received several calls from 877-547-8440 this week. Called the number back and got a Suddenlink sales representative wanting us to switch services.

This is #@!%$* Time Warner Cable!!! I found that out from calling the number from a pay phone so my ID won't show up. A live person answered, and they wanted to know what number I was calling from.
Maybe TWC contracts with Suddenlink or something. Anyway, I've gotten severals calls a day from them now. I've asked TWC to STOP calling and even wrote a letter, but to no avail. :( Last call was 6pm yesterday.
Just got my bill and they raised my rates a lot...I am seriously thinking of downgrading and dropping a few tiers. It's too much money now, and now they have the nerve to keep calling me and trying to sell me MORE stuff?? I don't even watch HALF the channels I get.

Got one hang up call from them on 8:30 p.m. this past Tuesday.
Someone told me it belongs to Global Crossing, which is supposed to be some kind of Internet provider.
