I talked to the Florida state attorneys office. Do YOU know what they told me? In there words: " This is considered a civil matter. No criminal charges are ever put against people for not paying a payday loan, even if its an ebt, which in most cases are breaking the law by charging too high a interest rate which is considered usery. No prosecutor would touch this type of matter."

THIS IS A FRAUD CALL!!! They are using a legitimate companies name out of baltimore, maryland. The calls however are coming from florida.  You should look up DNR Legal Services Facebook page. The ACTUAL OWNER writes on a march 21st post that this is a scam number, and it is not his company, (DNR Legal Services).

I won't say you're full of "rainbows". I'll just state the real truth. You're full of BS! A self righteous fraud who's pissed off because his fraudulent and illegal attempts to collect on bogus or invalid debts are failing. How dare you mention credit? You're debt collector! While I live my life with a credit score of over 800, you sit there with your headset on knowing full well that you couldn't qualify to rent a couch at Aarons!
Why aren't you collecting for a legitimate firm? I'll tell you why. You're at the bottom of the heap. Even the semi-legitimate firms laugh at PDL collectors. You're a joke in your own industry. How does it feel to wake up every morning knowing you're a liar? That your very livelihood hinges on your ability to blow smoke up peoples a**es? That your coworkers gauge success on the ability to defraud people? Are you proud of yourself?
Why don't you stop whining and learn how to write a letter of validation? I know your outfit doesn't need you to know how, but maybe if you learned you could put it on your resume. Get off the drugs, booze and hire an Atty.to help you possibly expunge your felony convictions. Maybe someday you could be working for a firm that'll pay you more than minimum wage and actually cough up a "bonus" occasionally.
Well, that's not going to happen is it? You're just a bottom dweller and that's where you'll stay. Enjoy as much of it as you can. Another stretch is never far away for a bogus debt collector. And when you get out again you can look forward to seeing your little "bogus debt collectors in training". If you can manage to scam up all that unpaid child support and the state doesn't know you're living with your babys-mama in that project housing. Have an nice life Scumbag!

You can say I'm full of rainbows for all i care. You all are the scumbags that intentionally rob these pay day lenders of their $$$. When no banks will lend to you cause your worthless pieces of "rainbows" with horrible credit....how do you repay them or say thanks? You close your account so they can't retrieve their money! I sleep just fine at night, you folks on the other hand...i don't know how you do it. I pray you don't have nor have any intentions of having children, for the sake of the future of our country please do not reproduce and create mini pieces of "rainbows". Thanks in advance

These people just contacted an Aunt of mine a few minutes ago asking her all types of questions concerning me & informing her as well about a debt that I have with them. She didn't answer any of the questions but kept asking him questions since she was recently a victim of fraud so she made sure not to say anything. How did they even get my aunt's phone number? They threatened her with saying that I will be charged with fraud, it will affect my credit, I will be embarrassed, etc.....A real collection agency does NOT speak like that to someone, nor tell a 3rd party your  debt information. They also told her that they're name was R & D Robert Legal Services, 877-560-9762, the same phone number that I see is posted up here as well...I did take out a payday loan and paid it off and ever since then it has been one nightmare after another to a point where something or someone was still trying to take money out of my bank account and I had to put a freeze on everything. How can I get them to stop harrassing my family members who live in different states from me?

I have received the same call numerous times.  Today I filed a report with the FTC and the IL states Atty's office.  They have called and hit random extensions at work, have called several family members and told them what the debt was, which is illegal to do if they were a legit debt collection agency.  And, it was for a debt that I filed BK on 2 years ago!  I can change my number, but I can't change my work or my familys.  Hopefully the reports I filed will help.

My, my, someone needs a time out.  First of all, legitimate claims are not usually the problem.  The problem is that debt collectors, such as yourself, call everyone with the same last name in the hopes of finding the debtor.  Invariably, they are rude, demanding and often frightening (particularly to the elderly) when they make their calls.  Because I have a common last name, I received, in one year, 31 calls for claims against people I've never even heard of.  These debt collectors call hoping I am related to or know the whereabouts of some one with whom I've no relationship.  They are mean and demanding.  Secondly, it is rare that you are seeking someone who has actually committed fraud.  EXTREMELY RARE according to the Florida State's Attorney's office.  Behave like a human being and you will be treated like one on the phone.  Use a legitimate ID that identifies your company when calling.  Send the necessary information by mail to the CORRECT party.  Stop calling people names on this or any other forum.  Grow up.

Seems to me we may have found an employee of the company. It would appear that you know a lot about a company that even it's victims seem unable to find out more about. Is that why you posted anonymously?

You all are a bunch of whinny cry babies! When you take out cash advances (pay day loans) READ YOUR FINE PRINT!!!! I understand it's a 15 page contract and your desperate for $$$ because your credit sucks. However your original agreed upon repayment method was for an ACH draft (electronic check) to be drafted from the same account you probably intentionally closed so the lender doesn't get their $$$. Now...here's the "kicker"....when that check bounces it's issued in the state of FL (florida). Now, Florida state law indicates that if you intentionally (which they're left to assume it's intentional) present a check (electronic or paper) out of a closed account its considered a B misdemeanor and is punishable by up to 60 days in jail and a $500 fine. So if you would just pay these loans back in the 10-15 business day window they're supposed to be paid back in you wouldn't have to deal with the LEGITIMATE calls you claim are scams.  PAY YOUR BILLS SCUM BAGS !!!!

These people called me and left me message stating that they have an important document on their desk saying that it involves bounced checks and bank fraud but when I called the number back I got an answering machine with no company name and to call back during normal hours. What company does not have their name on the answering service!  Total scam! If they call again I will report them to the authorities!

These people are low lifes that do nothing but call and threaten people.  Thinking about filling out forms to report to the attorney general.  Definitely a scam and when I told the gentleman that called that I knew it was a scam he got irrate and starting threatening and cussing.  That says even more so that it is not legit. When I ask him if he could hold a minute he told me to shut up and eventually hung up on me

I am the owner of DNR Legal Services, LLC this is not my company!!! I am in Maryland and I do not have any 800 numbers. I am trying to see what I can do to handle this fake calling. I received a phone call today from someone informing me of this so I can get on top of them. When i called pretending that i was the person who called me I got that they were out of Florida. So I am trying my best to get this stopped. I am so sorry for what they did. I only have local numbers and you can look up my business on the internet.
