Calling their other number (888) 397-2879  multiple times is one ring with disconnect but eventually with no one  ever answering you may receive an automated message that does give company name and only allows for a message for caller identification. Leaving a message at their 8883972879 is never answered and never is a return call received if you're on their "associated list" (as they're not to be calling you . They have a problem understanding and following all state and federal consumer protection rules, regulations, and laws. They harass, intimidate, humiliate, and abuse people off their "associated list"  with non disclosure calls, calls received as surveys, business or whatever. just a bunch of cheap lazy bottom feeder collection agency thats buys up old outdated debt for pennies on he dollar hoping to harras people into paying said debt that is wat past the statute of limitations. my credot is good now and these bottom feeder scumbag collectors harras for over 10 year old debt. a***oles.

A legitimate company would, indeed, send out a debt validation letter.  Which shows that this company can't be as "legitimate" as some have claimed here...

If this company is a legit company, why do they spoof there numbers and it has been consistently reported that they are rude. Does that sound like a legitimate company. Lastly, if they can get a telephone number, why can they not send a legitimate bill or letter exposing the alleged debt?

they keep calling everyday monday thru friday have told them the person they ask for dose not live here is not at this number yet still recieve the calls they are rude when i ask questions back i am put on hold for over 30 min i want to call police the tv news and report this

I'll second what Bob said. This is a legit debt collection company, I've had experience with them with minor debts I let slip by. So many people are on here talking about certain laws but fail to mention (or be aware of) third party privacy laws. That means that these so called "shady" calls and messages that don't divulge details about the call are all they can actually do within the law until they confirm the ID of the debtor or the spouse. You don't want these calls, stop running up debt! I've worked in phone customer service before and the customer is NOT always right. Whether it's a debt collection call or whatever, the general public is just plain rude and nasty, and CSR's of any business don't get paid nearly enough to deal with your abuse. They're just trying to do a job and earn a paycheck just like you. If you don't want to talk to them about your legitimate debt, just say so and the calls will stop...at least from that company anyway. Eventually your debt will be sold to yet another agency and you'll be back at square one. Debt doesn't really go away, not unless you spend a lot of money to get rid of it. Can anyone say IRONY?

Received a call from these people but took some digging to find out information on them.  The original call came from a spoofed number of 623-242-0453.  Upon listening to the message, they then listed their number as 888-397-2879 (which when googled lists a Florist in Oklahoma) .  According to their website, their actual number is 877-569-4713 (which has also been crossposted over there too).  Googling the company also yielded the number of 866-650-1858 (which looks like it was only used for 2 years but has been posted there as well).  Finally, upon calling them, I got the name of C A B Asset Management. They were calling to verify the address of my husband regarding a PayDay Loan.  There is a lot of BS on here from 'anonymous' which I am assuming is a member of their company.  But, I would just like to point out a few facts on this "supposed" debt we owe.  

1.  They claim this is for a PayDay Loan.  My husband is active military and has been for almost 20 years.  Because of the predatory nature of payday loans, the military has capped the amount of interest that can be charged to them and therefore most companies now refuse payday loans to active military because they don't want to comply with the 36% cap.  

2.  Military wages can only be garnished for specific debts, such as child support or alimony.  

3.  My husband has not done a payday loan since being stationed where we are now (for the last 3 years) and prior to that was overseas for 3 years so it is highly unlikely that this is a valid debt.

These people have refused to forward any information regarding when this "may" have been done, by whom, where, when and how much.  They of course did the whole threaten of court and garnishment, I brought up the fact we were military and at that point they got EXTREMELY hostile and ended up hanging up on me.

Mr. Walker calls from (317) 534-0316 asking for a Richard Warren or Worm regarding a legally required notice. Mr. Walker then leaves the number (877) 569-4713 ext:152 for Richard Warren/Worm to call back. I received this same call a week ago, except it was a woman instead of a man. The (317 534-0316 is a number out of Johnson County in Greenwood, Indiana belonging to Herron Associates or something like that and they have no idea why their number is being falsified on caller ID to get people to call the (877) 569-4713 number. I would NOT recommend calling the (877) 569-4713 number for any reason.

877-569-4713 called Mr Lopez claimed to be from the ssi office.  ask him his phone no ...name...and the street address he was calling from at which point he said  "i am asking the questions not you....and if you wont answer the questions you are a liar?....

go figure what ever happened to truth and honesty....just another scam i suppose....he did not call back yet and the probability exist we will not be having him over for thanksgiving dinner.....assuming his table manners are as representational as his phone manners.

Got a call from 410-663-5513, left a mesage saying they needed to get an address to deliver some legal documents, that I needed to call them back at 877-569-4713. Called me by first name and left me a message to call Alicia Hogan back. It would help if they said what they wanted.

Answer your phones, stop making excuses for you poor decisions financially, and pay your bills.  I dealt with CAB over a legit account I defaulted on in 2009. They were very courteous and followed through with everything they said they would do.  They have an A- rating with the BBB. How would that happen if they were scamming people? Wake up idiots. You are the problem not a legit company that employs people and provides a legitimate service.

Multiple calls from this place, comes in as 410-663-5511. Asked to call back to "Jake" today, gave a file # to reference. Calling cell and at work. Have received automated messages as well. Have never left further info, and I have never received anything in writing.

Got a call from another number that is local to my area, but the number we have to call back is to DAB Asset Management.  They call from a local number so that you will answer the number and then they have you.

These people keep calling my mother and my mother in law seeking info about me.  Say they are CAB Asset Management Company and they want to update my file.  They are debt collectors, but I have never received a call from them and do not know who they are.  How can calls to relatives be stopped, my mother and mother in law are both elderly and this is upsetting to them.  Can anyone tell me how to stop this?

I agree with everyone here. I'm not answering them as well. I'm currently in a debt consolidation program and really upset with getting all these harrsing phone calls. When they finally left me a message after a month the guy is either Mr. Green or Mr. Walker. and tells me to to call them and verify my address with them so they can send me legal documentation. Helllloooo....I'm not stupid. I paid thousands and thousands of dollars to ppl who threaten me with losing my job and my ss# is at risk. I'm not falling for it sorry. And if i do decide to pick up the phone when they call and they do not provide me with any more information than what they do on my voicemail i will proudly say "I'm in a debt relief program and am not allowed to talk to you any guestions about  this matter give them a call @ ##%^&*()).  Cuz i'm sick of it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is not the 1st call my no means but the 1st time they left a message. With the internet now days, you would think they could find the address. I am not calling them back... And I refuse to talk to them on the phone unless they leave a more detailed message regarding what they need. I think they are trying to scam me, and I won't stand for it...!!

Debt Collector.

i do not want any more telephone calls from this company.  They are telephoning my 91-year-old father in an attempt to collect money they claim i owe, which i do not.

I keep getting calls from these people. It comes thru as a call from social security. but when you
hit # 9 they are really a debt collector.  I have told them each time that I don't know juniper Bank.
They say the debt was from 2006. But still I know nothing of the debt they are talking about.
I hope someone does something about this caller.
