I also received the so called "serious collection" call and was told it was going  to be resolved at my local court (in the town that wasn't even close) if I didn't respond in 24 hrs. When I tried to contact them , I either got an answering machine(service) or a busy signal which lasted for 31\2 hrs.We have a few friends that got the same call . Go figure

my family has been getting calls from this moron which seems not to understand people which are hard of hearing are not going to be able to speak clearly, asked for the boss claims no boss is able to be contacted because the person does not live at either of the places he calls and he claims he going to call the cops as well.

Do NOT call these people back it is fraud. I got a message from them today claiming that they were investigating a report against me from social security ( well now they just committed a Federal offense)  I called my Attorneys Immediately (thank God for pre-paid legal).  I found out that the number 877-588-6669 goes to a company called PN financial, they are a fraudulent company and WILL TRY TO STEAL YOUR MONEY.  What you Need to do (and this is per my attorneys, Wagoner, Faulkner and Judd) go to www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov and file a complaint.  Next send a Cease and desist letter to them, they have two addresses, send a letter to BOTH addresses. PO box 1431 Skokie, IL 60076-8431, the other is 7330 North Cicero Ave. Ste, 219 Lincolnwood, IL 60712-1600  Make sure you letter is addressed to the PN Financial, attn. Nelson Macwan, also put attn: and then the name of whom contacted you, make sure you get a return receipt and send them the ORIGINAL but keep a copy for yourself.  This company has stolen a LOT of money form innocent people it is time to stop them now.

--I received a call on april 21, 2011 from 877-588-6669 wanting information on a relative...They claimed to be PN Financial and accused me of being a co-signer..Not true and then took that info back and said I was a reference...They said they've had my phone number for 3 years which is also not true as just got number in January...They were very rude and so was the supervisor....Who are they????

What kind of company is this?  I got a call at work answering machine.  Left message and was unable to make much of it out except first name and phone number.  I'm confused.

Got a call also. Very rude and wanted to know what I intended to do. I have checked all of this out and if it does not stop I am getting an attorney and see if I can get to bottom of this.

Saying going to prosecute to Michigans fullext extent and call my HR office to payroll deduct. Wants money I do not owe.

I got the same call when i told him that i didn't know what he was talking about he started calling me a thief and yelling at me... Getting a lawyer to check it out..

Called Number , Machine Stated That The Owner Was George Bishop, Legal Rep, Stated Leave Docket Number, Name, And A Good Number To Contact You At.
