I didn't get a phone call, but I got a letter telling me that I had won a laptop and that I needed to call that number to claim it. I never called because I am sure it is scam trying to sell something.

Its a company that want to "give" you a Tablet and a Computer if you call them and give them a confirmation number. They also send you letters by mail and emails if they have enough information. they say  they represent a vacation timeshare company thinking of opening a travel office near by "your town".
