If this is a Law Office then why do you not say anything when the phone call is answered?

I actually just called this number (for like the 200th time) and got someone to answer. They said that they were The Law Office of James Stanley based out of Denver, Co.
They had my number for someone else. They stated that they would remove it from the call list.

I have received numerous calls from this same number, no one is ever there call last 2-5 seconds.
I have also received calls from a 1-303-323-0084 number that goes to the same voicemail.

I get the same thing. No one else in my office gets any calls either. I also started getting calls from another number 1-303-323-0084, when I called it went to the same voicemail.

I get one to two calls from this number everyday on my office phone.  no one else in the office seems to be plagued by this.  any info would be appreciated.

I received probably 20 calls from this number, never anyone or anything there, just silence.
