Caller claimed we had a website registered with his outfit www.register.com which we don't and never have. And he had the wrong company anyway.

good to know who's calling (and what i'm not missing by not answering). my home # is registered on do not call but they have my work #, not home, and the donotcall.gov website specifies home or mobile. has anyone registered a work # on it? (i work at a big institution but have a dedicated line.)

I get a call from this number at least once a day, often twice. No response at the other end, when the call is answered.

I called the number to see who it is and its web.com a division of register.com. If you registered a domain name through register.com they may call you. They're upselling services which i don't like. Don't call us we'll call you if we need anything. Leave us alone. I'm also on the DNC list.

it's web.com. if you've ever used them to register a domain, they'll harass you constantly and never leave messages. ever.

I too am on the DoNotCall registry but for the past year have been getting more and more spam calls....this number is just one, but I've begun as a policy NOT to answer a number I don't recognize. If it's really somebody I want to talk to, they'll leave a message!

This is from web.com I called them back and a recored message said it was the sales department for web.com. please hold your call will be answered in the order it was recieved.

I keep getting this stupid call in the mornings between 10 an 11 AM. I saw this site and filed a complaint with DoNotCall.gov, since I've been on the DONotCallList since 2005. I don't answer my phone unless I know who's calling, and I have not answered this call.

Purpose of call is to solicit business with a website I own. I'm up to date and on the DoNotCall Registry. They called my cell several times but failed to leave a message. Found their name by dialing them back and listening until their rep hung up. Now I can share who they are, what they do, and file a complaint with DoNotCall.gov .

Received call last week on my cell phone. Set up call filter to block future calls. Another one came in around noon today and was blocked. Hopefully they will figure out that it is useless to call in the future.
